The staff was very helpful. It was CHAOS but they stayed calm and professional. Their mannerisms kept the environment peaceful so everybody could enjoy the event . Great job United Center staff. Thank you all for making my day awesome!
It was my first time going to a bulls game. I loved Benny the bull. I would love you to back and see a Hawks game but for being my first time I loved it
Very nice stadium. Blackhawks and Bulls games. They have other events and concerts as well. I went for the Gorillaz it was good sound. New renovations are awesome and I love the arcade. You can get distracted walking around the stadium for hours!!!!
Good selection of food to but hard to find the good stuff you gotta research or roam around. Dont go to the normal stands.
Drinks are expensive and bleh. But that's stadium life. Budweiser and goose island sponsored.

Never come here. Employees are rude, fans are rude. Absolutely no order to getting people in and out. Homeless people everywhere outside. Does not feel safe at all being here.
It's not the best arena it's not the worst Arena but it's my Arena. I've seen many many acts and events here from U2 to the circus and I'm happy to say I love this place way more than I ever loved Chicago Stadium.
Great center! double check your tickets before you sit, the lady that took us to our seats sat us in the wrong spot then made us move after the event started and got mad at us for sitting there! Other than that the concert was great, view was amazing, sounded great, lots of bathrooms to use and great parking, we were seated in section 113

We watched a Blackhawks ice hockey game and the staff were helpful in getting us to our seats.

Bumped into an old friend Sam who we knew from NY and he reminded us that real friends never forget the past and took us in like one of his own. We must admit that Sam & guard made this stop into a priceless one. Thanks Sam & Guard by metal detectors. You guys are just awesome and made our experience in Chicago a memorable one which we will never forget.

The United Center is another great location to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. if you're a preacher of the gospel and you want to go proclaim the word of God amongst thousands and thousands and thousands of people go to this location in Chicago. I preached outside of the Joel Osteen show and there was people everywhere praise the Lord hallelujah!!!
Came here to see Carrie Underwood, very clean and nice and easy to access. Vegan options at food stalls was also great, as well as water fountains.
My wife got tickets for me and my son for Christmas. What a great gift. We are life long Blackhawk fans, and this was are first game as father and son. The experience was fantastic. We had a parking pass so we pulled in to the lot and 20 minutes later we were inside. The security check point was fast. We got in took some photos on the main area. Then went to our seats. We were seated in the upper level by the flags. Even though we were up high we could still see everything. The fans were polite. We got the deep dish pizza for dinner. The food was great and the concession workers were extremely nice. This was an awesome experience and I would recommend the United Center to any hockey fan.

A great venue to see a concert. There are bus routes for easy access. Staff inside and outside the venue were friendly and helpful. Outside before and after visible security as well as police making it feel safe. A wonderful experience all around!
Went for the BTS Love Yourself World Tour. Best thing ever. Would go back again if I had the chance.

An excellent arena & venue! Recently there in Dec 2017 for Globetrotters (had the pleasure of seeing the Elite Dolls of Destruction -Northwest Indiana majorette dance team- during halftime) & a few days later came for WGCI radio station Big Jam concert(various artist,starring Chris Brown & Rick Ross)... Great parking for both events, the security & workers are friendly and professional!

Over priced food and drinks but everything tasted great. The floors in the arena could have been cleaned too. The rest of the building was very clean and staff very friendly.
The United Center is truly a great arena. I've been to MSG, The old Joe Lewis Arena, The Bell Centre, and the TD Garden. This is definitely the cleanest and nicest arena I have been in. although I went when the Blackhawks we're not playing very well, making the arena quieter than it would be normally, the arena made opposite with its lighting and sound system. the food is overpriced, but what can you expect from a hockey arena. stepping said, there is some great beer and an entire stand just devoted to candy. Great Arena!

Great!! We sat in the BMO Harris Club for the Blackhawks game and everything was perfect. Our server Paul was the sweetest and attentive server I have ever had. Well worth the money!
Attended Bulls game there. Lots of food, large selection of beers, fans hops etc. Seats are good and even the furthest seats had good view. Atmosphere during the game was great, even though Bulls lost. There is a statue of Michael Jordan, where almost everyone takes pictures
Chicago fans know what's up. With the bulls 30/30 in the NBA, the fans spent most of the game cheering for former players and the coach of the other team. Fire garpax already.
Great experience at my first live hockey game! I was in Pent D and the food and service was top notch. The light show before the game was really awesome and the energy in the place was electrifying! I'm not a big hockey fan but just being there really got me into it!
Basketball Bulls x Bucks - very nice stadium, however the event organization was a little confusing to get in. My friends and I have bought tickets online, and it was saying "e-mobile tickets, don't print" (we even paid for an extra fee for e-tickets) , but once we were at the entrance, they said we should print it out and it took us a lot more time than expected to do so on the tickets desk. That was the only issue about the place/organization but the stadium is very nice and the event was fun! Next time I would print out the tickets regardless just in case!
I went in January last year to see Lana Del Rey and had a great time. We were on the floor area, so you have to stand, which wasn't bad. If you go up to the top seats you get kind of a dizzying feeling because its so high up, but its cool to watch the crowd shift down below. The prices for merch is what you'd normally see at a concert. (40$ shirts, expensive food, long lines, etc) parking is fine if you get there early otherwise I'm not sure where you would park, the lot filled up fast. The one problem that I had with the place is that smoke filled the room constantly, it made the air really stale because half the place was smoking cigarettes/weed/vaping. Maybe that's not how it is all for all the events that are there and maybe thats usual for an indoor concert Im not sure but it made the time a little less enjoyable. Everyone around me seemed to be having a good time and I made some friends! Overall Id give the place an 8/10
They provide free parking, and although event-based products are over-priced they allowed an intense-thrilled experience.

I like the events here. Just seen Backstreet Boys on Saturday. Show was awesome. Bathrooms were clean. Beer was cold. Parking right across the street. Easy peasy lemon squeezey. I always have a good time at the United Center.
Of all the NBA All Star games I've been to, this facility managed the crowd better than most. The concessions and the drinks were moderately priced for a sports arena. The staff was helpful and friendly.
First concert at United Center. Great experience. The whole show was well organized without being too crowded. J.LO definitely doesn't look 50! Definitely would see her again when she comes back.
Saw BTS here. Best day of my life! The guards outside the place were very nice, as far as I know. Security was tight, but that's understandable. Some of the staff was kind of rude. I suppose it was just because they needed to keep everything in order because of how popular BTS is. I was on the floor, so I can't say much about the seating, but its a huge arena, seating over 24k people. Just in case anyone is interested, I added some photos from the concert I went to!
Being here is such fun for us with my family. went here at wee hours in the morning.. you can see the banners of Chicago Bulls Championships .. unfortunately they transfered their prized sculture inside the building aka Michael Jordan...United Center has ample parking space.
Wheelchair parking was very convenient and treated us well. Food was good but overpriced. Can be quite packed especially during the sold out Panic! At The Disco show I attended here.
I've seen concerts here, in addition to hockey and basketball. The acoustics for the Rush concerts I saw here were better than at outdoor venues during the same tours. I was also very lucky to attend a couple of work-related events here where we got to skate and pretty much have the place to ourselves.
Went here for my first bulls game a couple days ago and it is definitely a nice venue. The food isn't overly priced and the staff there try to give you your best experience. A center for championship teams is definitely somewhere to return.

It is well organized, a very clean venue, a definite must see for any event including concerts! They offer patrons an array of food and beverage choices, as they have different restaurants and bars servicing the venue. It is a safe and secure place to visit and they also have ample parking space available! I attended the Celine Dion performance. I truly enjoyed myself I surely had and all around amazing experience!
The seats were very uncomfortable for $250 a person! And we were close! On the floor. Loved Sebastian Maniscalco !!! Awesome!

Never a dull event at United Center! I think every seat on the house has a good view during basketball games. I've sat in the 100 level, 200 club level and 300 and still had a good view everytime. Club level has seat side concession service but the servers take too long, or you cant even find one in your section. I ended up getting up to get our own pizza and beer.
