Bismarck Enterprises-United Center Review

Went to see TOOL, spectacular light show and video screen show, had main floor seats that were small and not very comfortable, but spent most of show on our feet.

1st time there nice venue and good view from anywhere in stadium

The food and beer offerings have gotten better in the past couple of years. For ever it was just Budweiser products, it was great to have some options. The Goose Island bar in the 100 level was cool.

Parking is bit crazy since they block off all entrance except one on the different street. Things are pretty clean, people who work there are helpful and kind. Things are very expensive of course.

A friend treated us to a suite in the Champions Club. The parking was really convenient to the door. The buffet food was good, drinks were good. The staff was really helpful and attentive, but not in the way. It was nice to have the extra, comfy, personal space.

I attended the Ariana Grande concert with my daughters yesterday and I must say that I enjoyed her performance but was disappointed with the setup. We were unable to see her on the 2 small screens that were displayed on the side of the stage. I have attended many other events at the United Center and usually there is visibility to the performances. I was so upset after spending the amount that I did and not being able to see, but only hear. This was a huge event and I feel like the United Center should have stepped it up!

Lots of great shows and games here. Lots of parking.

Home of Chicago Bulls & Blackhawks - great shop inside, but pretty big walk from nearest subway station

Love NBA basketball in such a beautiful fill service arena, can't get much better

Went to a concert and had a great time! Like most venues, food and drinks are available but very pricey. Very clean, though, with attendants available if you need help. Did street parking as United Center parking is pricey, too.

United center was a positive experience. The bathrooms were very clean and spotless. The workers were helpful and attentive.

Great venue, only thing I can think of would be to add cup holders to the seats

Beautiful arena. Variety of food and drink options. Unfortunately the prices can be steep.

Saw Justin Timberlake, was a good concert, venue was super clean, sound seemed to be on the lower end.

We had a place blast sitting coutside! Shout out to Blue Cross Blue Shield!

Fun . Lots of assistance for questions. Wonderful to handicapped. Very clean. Every stadium could use The United Center as an example of exceptional service and creating a great experience.

Concessions were ridiculously priced!
Almost $28 for one soda, one beer and a bag of popcorn, which was some of the worst I have tasted, with no extra salt even available.

This will always be the Madhouse On Madison! Clean bathrooms, expensive drinks, and DA BLACKHAWKS

Got to experience the skybox suites and they were amazing! Save room for dessert because the dessert cart rocks!!!

Great place to check out a Bulls or Hawks game. Easy to get to, plenty of parking, and lots to check out inside.

This was my first time here and it s really cool. As an old school Bulls fan it was cool to see all of the Michael Jordan and Scottie Pippen stuff! I went for a concert and the venue was perfect for a large show.

Very impressive place and a must-see if you are visiting Chicago. A crowd of more than 20,000 people attend even on a weekday when I was there.

Went to see the legendary CHER last night and it was awesome!!! I really like this venue. The inside of this place is huge! We've been in the upper section (300) for a few concerts now and our seats have been pretty good. They usually have side screens next to the stage that really help you see the artist that's playing. I would suggest parking in one of the smaller lots that's on side road that's right next to the United Center. The bigger parking lots can take FOREVER to get out of and these smaller lots are great to get right out! Will definitely be going back to this venue!!

Always a blast coming here for games and entertainment. spectacular venue. they do a very good job of keeping this place clean, high quality of service. Sure the prices are high, but most stadiums are. Blackhawks games here are an incredible experience!

Went to see Thomas Rhett in concert there and had an amazing time! The entire venue is very clean and fancy looking. Parking was rather straight forward and safe. Everyone was very friendly as well. We will be going back here to see other shows.

The United center is a good place to watch a hockey game. However it's a really big venue so it feels kind of empty. A good venue should feel like the crowd fits in the building and the crowd does not fit well into the united center. The same can be said for concerts, the building is too big and spacious and the music does not sound very good. It's much more satisfying to see a concert at a smaller and cheaper venue.

Five stars for crow control, guest services and event management. Bulls game, Blackhawks or for a concert the United Center never disappoints.

Like a second home. Season ticket holder for Bulls and Blackhawks. Employees very friendly. Attend over 80 games a year there as well as dozens of concerts. Some great shows attended there includes David Gilmour, Roger Waters, Black Sabbath, Barbara Streisand, Peter Gabriel, Eagles, Rod Stewart etc.

Great place to watch sports, see a concert even. Food is better than expected at a sports facility.

The United center is a pretty iconic Chicago landmark and to go and see one of your favorite actors do a one man show will make a pretty amazing night out with the wife!!

Drove down from Minnesota to watch the Wild play the Blackhawks, overall I was impressed with the stadium. 300s are definitely lower than some other stadiums I've been to.

Food and concourse are nice and well kept. Fans were surprisingly nice for the 5-2 Wild Win!

Would definitely recommend seeing a Blackhawks game here.

Very expensive arena however had a great time. Seats in the 100 level are comfy expect to spend around 25-30 for food per person.

Took the wife to see Carry Underwood. Great seats, very helpful staff.

Nice! Loved the JLo concert. Ushers showed me where my seating was immediately with guided help. Bathrooms were clean & the event went on without a hitch.

Friendly staff and great accessibility options while I was on crutches. Food and drink options were great too, decently priced.

Fin family night at the bulls game. Food was overpriced, but then again what do I expect at a sporting game. Bathrooms were decent (of course my kid needed to go)...... I still gave it 5 stars for the atmosphere u feel all over that place. Always gr8 to b there!

About a million dollars for a hotdog and $8 for a cup of water. Alcohol is even more expensive. Worth every penny for the experience A+++

Very nice facility. The sound quality was great. Food was good, but pretty expensive. Paid $25 to park across the street. Pretty easy to get there from Milwaukee, if you can figure out where to stop for tolls.

I love this place deserves a 5 srtar but the many times i have been here the Bulls have lost

Arena is nice, the show was great. Parking to leave was aweful. There should have been people directing traffic and getting people out of the lot.

Great place, different rules for every even that goes on in there,even though they have their own policies. It's a pain but hey we're there to have fun.

I love to enjoy the Chicago Bulls at the United Center.

Had a blast! Be careful with their Smirnoff raspberry lemonade on tap. It's stronger than you'd expect for a concession stand.

how will i ever forget this place. first time watching bulls and we had so much fun on my birthday....

Can't bring backpacks in here.. which I do understand however instead of providing an actual solution to this issue, we had to walk through a couple parking lots to get to some creepy unmarked trailer behind some trees (and vomit on the sidewalk) where we could "check our bag". It was free.. but this is NOT a solution. Other than that, everything inside is starting to appear dated/worn and naturally all the food and beverages are over priced.

300 level seats were above lights for a concert... Very distracting.

Loved the Hugh Jackman concert but it was really loud. The variety in the show was awesome!

Pro tip for pre-UC places to eat/drink: many close by places have a free shuttle to the UC for patrons. Kaiser Tiger and Westend to name a few! One of the best places to see a bigger/stadium size concert, as well as Bulls and Blackhawk fans! Lots of new refreshments and snacks that are FAR better than the usual concert fair. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and it s really hard to find a bad seat. Most recently saw Justin Timberlake and it was amazing, the seats were very close to the stage! But I ve done standing room only seats at a Hawks game and still had a wonderful time!

It's a great place to visit when is just down the street from no parking

The staff at every turn was very friendly and extremely helpful. The place was very clean (what I saw of it, at least) and easy to navigate.

Came to see Queen play and could not have been more impressed with the staff. Thanks for helping an out of towner find his way around!

As an Australian it's awesome to go to a sporting event with such a great variety of beers.

I loved the fact that I got the chance to play on the same court as the players do and got to see the GM and talk to the coach and shake hands with Horace Grant and take a photo with Wendell Carter jr.

Top notch place to watch a game. Sure the beer is expensive but what do you expect? Food options are great with the Filet sliders being a highlight.

Nice venue, quite organized. Not quite sure what the deal with backpacks is. But you can't bring even a small kids backpack . There is a trailer somewhere in the parking lot where you can check it in for free though

Blackhawks games in the United Center are awesome!! It is easy enough to get to with public transportation off the blue line, the atmosphere is amazing, the new big screen is beautiful(though they did not do the amazing ice projection shows they used to when I was there last, just a screen show, which was a disappointment), good food choices for okay prices, and the new team store and atrium are very cool. Had a great gameday experience.

I hadn't been to the United Center in about 20 years, and it is still a great venue for sporting events and for concerts. In those 20 years, they have done some pretty awesome upgrades. The parking is easy and convenient, and I really don't think there is a bad seat in the house. They also have a ton of delicious food options, and the staff is all helpful. The jumbo tron is pretty tremendous and the sound system rocks. If you have a chance to visit for any reason, you definitely should.

Saw a Blackhawks game with coworkers and rented a suite. I loved it! And the food was really good!
