The snow was fantastic. Groomed runs and the glade skiing. Lots of snow.

It was such a cool community and the snow and sun were terrific.
Great resort with great accommodations. Snow this year has been unreal! Check out the Black Forest lift for fun and flowy blues!
I go every year. Enough said. hahaha Nothing else to add that hasn't been said. It's just a great place.
Great park, lots of trails, nice people, fun times!
It is Big and it is White. Loved every minute of it.
Great snow for this early in the season. The lifts are a bit too far spaced out. You have to push alot if you want to get to different sections. Found it hard to navigate if you don't know the mountain. The village is excellent.
Big white out. Very pretty. Be careful on the drive in, when the suggested speed signs come up, actually do the suggested speed, they're not kidding.
This resort is like a city. Definitely try to spend more than a day here. There's so much to see and do.
Great snow, a lot of ski in ski out options, and a large variety of slopes for beginners and professionals.
Great skiing the last 3 days and really enjoying the village.
Great Ski in Ski out Resort!
Such a cute little village with great features of being able to get to any pub or hotel by skiing there! (Or snowboarding)
The mountain has lots of different runs for many levels of skiers or snowboarders.
The mountain isn t busy compared to other mountains in BC, so there are hardly any lineups for lifts and the hills aren t too overcrowded.
The Chalets that I stayed in was small, comfy, and romantic as well.
Some rooms have a kitchenettes, so you can most definitely either prepare food or bring your own prepared food if ever you don t like the restaurent or bar scenes.
Everyone there is friendly and most probably Australian.
Highly recommended for families, couples, and groups of people who want to simply have a great time.
I loved it. Many rental options for you to practice the sport. Cable car that takes you up .... lots of restaurants ... lots of space and ski slopes.
Great place for downhill ski nice little village right on the mountain stay eat play all good
Big White is always a great place to not only ski for a day, but to stay for a few and enjoy the mountain. With lots of restaurants, fun pubs and live entertainment, there s something for everyone. On top of skiing, there is ice climbing, tubing and skating. Highly recommend a weekend at Biggie!
A great ski resort overall. Can be hard to get to from the lower mainland due to highways closures and weather conditions but once you get there it's fabulous even on a less perfect day. They have lots of blue and green runs for beginners and plenty of choices for advanced skiers or snowboarders as well. Lots of great tree skiing!
Probably the best place for your kids (and yourself) to start skiing.
Big White has a great quality of snow. I have been around the World skiing and boarding, yet the snow quality which Big White provides is hard to match. The mountain itself great as well and is suited well for family.
Amazing family spot with lots of daily activities to choose from. For those looking to go out at night head to snowshoe sams
I never put a ski on my foot before in my life, but after 3 lessons at the Big White ski school I was slaloming down the mountain! A fantastic place to ski; plenty of trails and lifts are well managed. And lots of options for the all important apres-ski!
NUTTY BUDDY CHAMPAGNE POWDER!!! Probably our largest local ski gem
Bluebird Day. Absolutely amazing.
We have the hill just about to ourselves!!
Stayed in the summer at a families home and the views were incredible and the new extreme biking tracks are very cool! Few pubs open pizza is good and the grocery store pretty decent!
Great mountain, great snow, always have a good time here.
It was amazing. First time I have been there in the summer. Took the chair lift to the top. Hiked to the real to. Views were amazing. And ended up hiking back down to our vehicles. Reccomend to all ages and abilities.
Good terrain and snow, visibility sometimes an issue, cloud skiing.
Big White is a world class place with fun for the whole family!
Fantastic, we stayed at The Timbers, it was so nice!!
Unhelpful, untrained, uncaring or wholely absent staff. Poor sprawling village design with bad visibility on signs or no signs at all. Prices too high. Uncontrolled chaos in queues for lifts. The only thing this place had going for it was the snow. Zero out of five.
The best place to live your life.. Enjoy every moment here.. From Bali Indonesia
A hidden gem! Perfect snow and quaint, but all-encompassing, resort!
Ok, let me get this out of the way first off - I'm not a skier. I'm not even comfortable trying to work that word (one 'i' or two?? I'll trust the spelling suggestion).
This review is more about off-season activities on the mountain. I've been up there a few times and toured around when there been little or no snow at all, but it's still been magnificent.
The mountain is nicely set up for biking and hiking and the views show the elevation of BC. (Did you know that BC is actually high elevation and we're just living in the books and crannies? Well there you go.) It's fantastic looking over other peaks and ranges; seeing weather rolling in, or by, from afar; and just getting out and experiencing the amazingness that nature had to offer.
The night life is amusing, too. Well, the village life. The entertainment. There is a lot to do during the day, lots of fun activities for kids and adults and lots of available gear to complete the activities. Bikes, games, music here and there throughout the summer, even a giant cake on Canada Day! And a mascot, but I'll let you discover that yourself.
There's a few places to eat, to get coffee or snacks, and to grab drinks. The accommodations are profound, and so is the parking if you just want a day trip up there.
Oh, and I hear they get snow in the winter, too. You might want to keep an eye out for that.
Such a great place to ski and hang out with friends
In all honesty, I've only skiid/boarded at a couple other mountains.
From my limited experience, Big White has exceptional terrain, wonderful staff and excellent accommodation and amenity selections.
They're also continually improving, expanding and upgrading. It's my favourite resort to attend.
Beautiful hill to ski, morning or evening. Staff is super friendly
Great snow, great little village and nice service everywhere we went. We will definitely return.
Big White has its share of foggy days, but there is so many runs, so much terrain and the snow is perfect. On the clear days it is incredible.
We booked with Backside Tours and spent New Year's there. Could not get over the snow! Can't wait to go back!
In many ways I prefer Big White to whistler. Always plenty of snow, but visibility is often an issue.
My second season on skis and this was perfect plenty of green and blue runs that are good for a decent beginner. Beautiful views, great runs, fairly fast moving ques for chair lifts. Fist day everyone was without hot water but they fixed it and the rest was amazing.
Great for people who like to ski and snowboard in the trees, lovely Nordic skiing and snowshoeing trails.
Great place for families
The bullwheel keeps kicking me of the Wi-Fi overall it was fun some peeps showed some big white memes that were bad so for bad memes -1 star
Another awesome day with knee deep powder and lots of uncut lines. Bit of flat light at the top of all lifts but cleared up150 meters down the hill. Not too cold at - 5 and only the last 100 meters of the lifts were windy. All round, nearly perfect for this time of year!
The mountain bike trail builders at this hill are incredible. All the cool kids want flow and they have nailed it. Even the tech trails have it. Also the chair is fast and efficient allowing for many laps. The only bad thing is that there are so many jumps and berms that are perfect that you will ride them until you can no longer move
Nice place to visit in the summer and even better in the winter. An excellent winter getaway for any family.
Very informational with an easy ski in ski out process.
Great slopes for different skill levels. Families will love it. Stay at The Aspens on the hill, it was great ski in- ski out with 2 bedrooms, kitchen and Jacuzzi. Will definetly comme back !
Great location, great boarding, great times, excellent concierge service recommended best wine tour ever with Cheers Okanagan Tours in Kelowna! Fun Informative Unforgettable Strongly recommend!
We went to Biggie for the opening of the bike tracks, fantastic weather, tons of people there and quite exciting tracks, a bit difficult but we heard they are making some tamer ones. We also went on a horse ride which was really fun. Nice to see so many people having fun. Not too many bugs and great to have the restaurant and pub open, will be doing again for sure. Really cool to ride the chair in summer and see all the cool views
Best! Perfect! Amazing!
Highly recommended!
Everything was great this year. My only complaint was that we had to take the gondola up to the village to get our night ski pass. It was much more convenient to have them available at the Haply Valley lodge.Other than that great as always!!
Loved this place!!
The hostel was very very clean and well kept.
Everyone around the resort was friendly and helpful.
ATV rides were awesome!!! Our tour guide, she's was so relaxed and knew what she was doing. Would definitely recommend you do this activity!!
Never book the chalet on the chalet big white website!!! I booked a chalet in April this year, and it has been shown that the booking was successful. After that, they cancelled my booking and did not notify me!
