Ok, let me get this out of the way first off - I'm not a skier. I'm not even comfortable trying to work that word (one 'i' or two?? I'll trust the spelling suggestion).

This review is more about off-season activities on the mountain. I've been up there a few times and toured around when there been little or no snow at all, but it's still been magnificent.

The mountain is nicely set up for biking and hiking and the views show the elevation of BC. (Did you know that BC is actually high elevation and we're just living in the books and crannies? Well there you go.) It's fantastic looking over other peaks and ranges; seeing weather rolling in, or by, from afar; and just getting out and experiencing the amazingness that nature had to offer.

The night life is amusing, too. Well, the village life. The entertainment. There is a lot to do during the day, lots of fun activities for kids and adults and lots of available gear to complete the activities. Bikes, games, music here and there throughout the summer, even a giant cake on Canada Day! And a mascot, but I'll let you discover that yourself.

There's a few places to eat, to get coffee or snacks, and to grab drinks. The accommodations are profound, and so is the parking if you just want a day trip up there.

Oh, and I hear they get snow in the winter, too. You might want to keep an eye out for that.
