Farid did a great job: very professional and thorough. I'd certainly welcome him back to service my equipment in the future. Too bad the service visit was spoiled by the ineptness of Beutler's scheduling.
I made an appointment with them for 8:00-10:00 for a routine inspection. I confirmed the time with them TWICE. When no one showed up by 10:00, I contacted their office and was told that I was on their schedule for 2:00-4:00. I insisted on someone coming immediately, but no one showed up until 12:30.It turned out that the technician's schedule had to be changed because of an emergency, but no one at the Beutler office saw fit to call or text me to let me know. As far as they were concerned, it was perfectly fine for me to wait at my house, uninformed of any change, until they felt it was convenient for them to send someone out.
This is complete incompetence on the part of their office staff and resulted in a totally wasted day for me. If you are looking for a reliable company that keeps its appointments, and notifies customers if they have to be changed, this is NOT the company you're looking for.
This review is 3 stars: 5 stars for Farid's work, and zero stars for Beutler's inability to understand what scheduling means, and how valuable their customer's time is to them.
