Fidel Valdez is great at his job. His demeanor was calming and not pushy when we were looking to buy a new hvac unit. He was professional, explained everything, and more importantly he was nice! Very nice.
His knowledge in his field shown through, and he made the buying process very simple and comfortable.
It's very reassuring knowing that there are people like Fidel hired at Beutler which will help us in the future as well.
If I could I would request Fidel to handle all of our bussiness with Beutler ac&plumbing. Great work.
