Very helpful. If there is something that you need & someone that can give it to you, chances are going to be: CCAP will send you in the right direction.

Good for services but they need to have better protocols on protecting Identity Info. Customers need to guard and watch their Info.

Been going to this location since I was a kid. They have updated the building and made it much more handicap accesable. The people who work here are pleasant and helpful!

Caring staff and a number of social service programs available.

They are "very friendly" as well as "helpful." We had food to eat for a few dsys and I/we are so grateful for their assistance!

Horrible, horrible. They never call back. They don t care that you need prescriptions filled. Awful place

The lady that works in Cranston at the front desk in the building that helps with information about ccap programs, needs to work on her knowledge of information before she give out any forms to clients to fill out.

Would've given if parking wasn't difficult! They help the community in so many ways! Have been there when I have needed them the most!

CPAP is a nice place to go they help you with your electric and you gas and thank God for them

Food bank is helpful guy who runs it is genuinely nice. Really could use some fruits and veggies and less donuts and stuff but beggars can't be choosers I suppose.

I never went there but I heard they have wonderful resources for seniors and a great food bank

CCAP is for those in financial need. They do taxes for free, they have a food bank and they help with family needs.

Impossible to get an appointment at the CCAP dental office in Cranston. I went in to get a crown replacement as I have a broken crown and after making a temporary repair they said at the appointment I would have to schedule another appointment to have it replaced but they couldn't schedule it then. I then called four or five times on different days and they kept telling me I needed to call back (earlier in the week, earlier in the day, or early next month) as the schedule was full even when i would call exactly when they told me to call. Eventually, they told me a different department makes appointments and that they would call me. They never did. That was months ago.

Very friendly and helpful. I had an appointment which I think helped. Gave four starts only because the paperwork didn't give me the address to the place but I called the evening before and they did call me back the morning right after before my appointment so I knew where I was going. Also the paperwork didn't mention that I needed to bring a copy of my social security card. So that's why I gave four stars. But the staff was wonderful!
