Beutler Review

Pedro Razo was one of four installers that removed two old HVAC systems and installed two new complete HVAC systems. When he began to install one of the condensers he detected a problem with it and told his lead installer who then got another brand new condenser delivered in a couple of hours. Pedro worked beyond a normal work day to get both systems installed and completely tested before leaving that day. I really appreciated them staying and completing the job in one day. Pedro was very helpful and polite and I am very happy to have had him installing the units. Thank you very much. 9/21/16

Tried to schedule twice for hvac tuneup service. Both times were scheduled. Both times ended being a no call and no show. Last time even thinking to use this company. If they cant bother to call you because they can't make it to your appointment or they cant schedule correctly, imagine what kind of shotty service you would recieve if they did decide to show up.

Tech came out today to confirm my AC is needing to be replaced. Very informative about what was wrong. Answered all my questions.

Our experience was great! Joe the adviser explained everything clearly. There were no surprises. The installers were fantastic, they really worked great as a team. No mess left behind. We felt a big difference in the heating immediately. Can't wait to see our first heating bill because we already know there will be a big difference. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for great service before and after the install is done.

This review is only for Bill Morris and not for the company. Bill came during the time period as promised. We knew we had a problem with the thermostat. Although the type I needed was not on the truck, he was able to obtain what we needed and come back shortly to do the installation. He was cordial and professional.

I highly recommend this technician. I do not recommend the company however since in the past we have had multiple problems getting a technician to come out at on the date and time as promised. If you have to have someone come out, I recommend asking for Bill Morris and calling the company several days before as well as first thing in the am the day of your scheduled appointment to make sure they have the correct date and location right.

Matt Did an excellent job. Fast, efficient and neat. Wore booties in the house. Had to come back as I had an emergency to attend to. Came back later in the day to finish.

Beutler was easy to work with. The scheduling was super easy and convenient. The technician Ian Stewart-Vital was very professional, patient and knowledgeable. He patiently explained to me the workings and the problems with my HVAC system. Would recommend Beutler any day.

Through the years, of all of the service techs from Beutler that have provided services for my air conditioner and furnace, I was most impress with Chris A. He was very professional and through with the work he performed. He provided a detailed report afterwards and made helpful suggestions to maintain optimal performance for my furnace unit. Very impress and satisfy with the work performed by Chris.

Joey was a true professional. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Very thorough in explanation of where our current system stood. He also gave us adequate options. We'd recommend Joey highly to our friends, neighbors, relatives.

We did have some reservations however. We went from a routine tune up to a large investment in less than 48 hours. Would have liked to have had a little more time to consider and research options. After we'd agreed to have new system put in we considered cancelling for now. Joey understood and said they'd work with us however we wanted. He did honor a request from us to reduce price if we stuck with the day for the work to be done since Beutler had lined up workers for us. In the end we're satisfied with Joey's time and effort.

We have used Beutler Air Conditioning and Plumbing for over 20 years. As always, the repairman was very courteous, gave a clear and understandable explanation of that he was recommending. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the work they do.

Thomas was courteous, tidy, and above all capable. It must have been 135 degrees in the attic when he was up there but he was up there till the job was done. Excellent work.

Andrew Galvan was the technician who came to my house to perform an annual cleaning/inspection on our A/C and heater unit. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the system, and I was very impressed with his overall A/C and electronics knowledge. While he was working on our system, he got a call from another tech to help them understand the issue they were facing, so I can testify that his colleagues think highly of his knowledge. He was also very courteous and respectful in our house, being careful not to damage anything or track dirt. If you call Beutler, make sure you ask for Andrew!

Thomas was very professional. He worked quickly and efficiently. Wore Booties in the house and gave a concise wrap up. A truly pofessinal technician.

Chris S. came to the door with a big smile on his face and introduced himself. He told me exactly what he would be doing and the order he planned on doing it. A very nice, professional young man. He did a great job and didn't leave a mess either!

Beutler sent Mr. Chris Burke as the technician for their company, Chris was so informative, gentle, clean, considerate, observing and explained things so I could understand, encouraged me to ask any question pertaining to the Heating/Cooling system. I felt welcome to inquire about the work he was doing, about the function of the system I have in my house. He made recommendations of how to continue to enjoy a good functioning heat and A/C in my house, he installed a Surge Protector to keep the electrical "brain" of the unit safe (we do have some power interruptions in Napa each year). Over all I'd say Chris was easy to deal with, with great communication skills and a fantastic work ethics. In the future, whenever I need a Heating/Cooling service in my house, I will ask the company to send Chris to do the work.

My technician Horatio was perfect. He checked everything out with my water heater. He was pleasant and easy to work with and very knowledgeable. He was also able to clear a drain that no one else had. Thank you so, so, so much for coming out. I will always recommend Beutler.

Fidel did an excellent job walking me through the diagnostics and provided me with several options to repair my A/C and furnace. I requested a second opinion from a second company and they came to the same conclusions that Fidel did. Hopefully the crew performing the actual labor does as good of a job as Fidel did.

Chris S. was the technician who performed our service. He was professional, had excellent communication skills and very experienced in performing his duties. He explained everything that he found and suggested ways to alleviate or remediate any problems. He respected my knowledge and did not make me feel uncomfortable contributing questions. He did not push unwanted services and he even respected my desire to do parts of the service for which I have the technical expertise. What really surprised me was when he said to me, "I am sure that you will not have any problems when you perform that service. However, if when your doing it you have any question, feel free to call and we will assist you with free advice." Other companies would have said that if you do that you are on your own.
I certainly would want Chris S. to come back again and be my regular service person.

Roy is a true professionals very thorough in his work.
Roy did change the Dynamic Air Filters on our A/C System, Friday, August 10, 2018 at our home and mentioned that he fixed a loose connection by checking the unit which is above and beyond his Changing Filters only job. He is a polite and courteous gentleman.

Great job, on time and very professional. I was so lucky to get Roy to fix my A/C..... he was the same tech who came out the last time, six years ago. He sure understands electronics and was able to walk me thru the problem. I will not hesitate to call them again!

I had to install one new air conditioning unit; and when I need to install another unit, I'll definitely go with Beutler. Roy Stamper, one of their comfort advisors is very knowledgeable and helped me through the process of buying a new unit that was right for my family.

I purchased an entire HVAC system from them just over 2 years ago, already broke down 3 times and I even paid for a yearly maintenance so it wouldn't break down on the first HOT day. no luck! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! they DO NOT STAND behind their work or product!!! They told me to take up product quality with the vendor of the equipment! ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE and I thought being backed by HOME DEPOT it would be better.. it was NOT!. I will never use Beutler for anything anymore. I got another plumber to fix he took 10 minutes and it was done! and it was a part from their NEWLY installed unit.. sad..

This is a reputable company. From the sales office to the installation team and then the follow up, they are professional and up front. No sales gimmicks.
