Delayed in arrival due to travel from a long distance. He was able to repair the heater without any difficulties. He was surprised at how dirty the water was in safety pan under the unit. This is a new unit installed last November. The installation crew apparently didn t check condensation drain piping and that was the cause of the overflow safety switch to shut it down.
