I was looking for elegant yet affordable name badges for myself and a few other lead employees at my company. Best Name Badges really stand behind their name!
Designing the badges was very easy and idiot proof. When I finished I was contacted via email about an hour later by Mark Kuiper. He helped me make the final tweaks and honestly, I could not be more satisfied with not only the service but the quality. I just ordered 2 more and the process was just as easy if not easier. Mark was/is awesome and the product is awesome. I am definitely a repeat customer.

I needed a photo id badge with a really fast turn around time required and overnight delivery. Angela Shtulman put together my order within a couple of hours from start to finish and I received my photo id badge with time to spare. I am so impressed with Best Name Badges and I will definitely be ordering from them again. Thanks again Angela for all of your great work and effort.

The product itself is good quality - which is the only reason they deserve the one star they are getting. Their customer service, or lack thereof, deserves 0 stars. Orders that are delayed 10 weeks due to equipment breaking down and not notifying the customer, having to request for a confirmation multiple times via email that an order was confirmed, orders "magically" not arriving in multiple locations even though they shipped, and then lastly receiving wrong "replacement" orders for those that never arrived. I understand things happen and I believe I am a pretty flexible person-- but this is a bit ridiculous. You have to stay on top of the entire process from top to bottom in order for it run somewhat smooth. It is definitely a disappointment as we've worked with them for years.

Customer service representative was very friendly and helpful. My order shipped out the same day and showed up the next day per my request. The badges look great. No complaints at all.

Best Name Badges offers a great product and excellent services

This was the WORST customer service I have ever experienced!!!! I ordered 27 name badges from this company at the beginning of March. I received my order with the incorrect logo on the badges. I needed them for a trade show that started the next day so I asked them to just cancel and refund my order. They insisted on reprinting them which was going to do me no good and I asked for a refund. The customer rep then stated that she would "speak with my manager and have that taken care of for you." I had not heard back from the rep but the charge was still on my card. I called again on Monday and they informed me that the rep who was working with me, no longer works for the company, but they would have a manager reach out to me. 3 Days went by and I still did not hear anything. I called back again and got hung up on. So I called again and then rep informed me that I would have to send back the badges with the wrong logo to get the refund. I asked if they were going to supply me with a return label and they said I would have to incur that cost. Then I spoke to a manager who was incredibly rude and wanted me to send back the badges on my time. This is ridiculous!! You guys messed up my ordered and keep inconvenience me to follow back up and pay out more money for the messed up name badges.
My company has given a lot of business to Best name badges of the years but we certainly will not be using this company ever again!
I should not have to spend time and money to send an order back to you that was not what I ordered.

Please save yourself time and sanity and use a different company!!!

Had great Customer service while ordering name badges for the first time. Randy Montalvo was very helpful and most of all patient with all my questions and requests. His response emails were so quick it was almost like a live chat. Can't wait for the tags to arrive. Our employees will wear them when we leave the office for community service projects.

Our name badges turned out beautifully, the price was competitive, and shipping was very fast. I had no issues asking for updates/changes to the design and everything was taken care of to my liking.

Disappointing customer service from Melissa for a product that was even more disappointing. Not to mention the back and forth took almost 2 weeks to get a proof that didn't contain errors. At $8 a unit, we got a cheap piece of plastic with a silver sticker as their 'metal name badge'. Stay away.

This will be my last order I place with best badges. It's going on 3 weeks and my badge has not been made or mailed. When I called and spoke to someone they told me it would be sent out at the end of the week. Website says 3-5 business days for making and another 3-5 days for shipping. At this point I just want to cancel my order and bring my business somewhere else. If you cant wait 1 month for you name badges, DO NOT order from them.

Tiffany Lindo was great to work with for our needs. We have recently had a rebrand, and we needed new name badges for the entire company. She was very quick to produce a couple of proofs. Her art was perfect for our needs. We immediatley placed an order! From our first contact with Tiffany to ordering our name badges, was less than 24 hours. Quick and professional customer service.

RIP OFF ARTISTS! Absolutely the worst vendor I have ever worked with. Expect a refund for a project they screwed up? FORGET IT! We have been waiting for over 2 weeks and that's even after sending back the name badges. Extremely dishonest company. Everything on their website is basically a bunch of bull. AVOID THEM! There are plenty of respectable companies out there that do the same thing.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/PRODUCTS NOT ARRIVING ON TIME
Ordered name badges from here and paid expedited shipping costs to get them here on time. They sent me someone else's package. My package arrived 5 days after I ordered them. When I didn't ship back the incorrectly sent package in one week the MANAGER called and yelled at one of my employees who knew nothing about the situation. When I called him back he accused me of stealing the other name badges and told me it was my fault that the wrong package was shipped to me. I emailed the CEO (Ryan) to talk about my experience. He said he would call me and never did. I emailed him again and have received no response. Very Dissatisfied!

I do not need your apologies for the delay again and again and again. I need my product. I can not wait more than a month.

In and out in an hour. Business cards in hand. Uncoated super black. You can probably find a better price online, but for same day service and the expertise of their staff it's worth it.

HORRIBLE customer service. They shipped my badges to the wrong address then two weeks later when it did arrive they had the name spelled wrong. Still have not received a refund or a new badge. I have called and email and no reply.

Easy to use website. The badges look great. They could use a "confirm" option on the web order page since you have to go through the process to get a quote. Will order more in the future

Great experience all around. They replied very quickly and were extremely helpful. I was able to create a complete order from start to finish (including uploading a custom logo, designing the badges, and placing my final order) in less than a day. They made three different proofs for me and the badges are exactly what I wanted. They were able to answer all of my questions and were polite and helpful. I dealt with Riel, who was very nice and comminucated clearly with me throughout the entire process. The price was reasonable and the experience was great, I would highly recommend them.

I had a great experience getting 4 name badges printed in a very short time frame. They made a custom size for us, with a custom color and the badges came out perfectly. They even let me pick them up. I had to follow up on the order a few times to make sure the order was on track/ready but overall a great experience. Would definitely use them again!

Unfortunately a terrible experience. Confirmed a rush order for delivery of name tags to be delivered a day before a big event. We were promised an on-time delivery. Delivery day came and went, event day happened, then two more business days later and no response until we had to follow up with an order number. Started with chat and that proved futile. Contacted Rep and she apologized for lateness, explained she was out of the office for a day and trying to catch up. They offered to invoice us today; yet still no mention on any delivery. We will never use this company again. Poor business service and sub-par customer service. Unfortunate for us and new client, but lesson learned.

Was looking for some name badges and couldn't seem to find them anywhere. Until I stumbled upon best name badges. They had what I needed and shippers it quickly. When I had a question, they were happy to help me. Very nice customer service. I'll be ordering again, probably today.

Terrible service! Placed an on-line inquiry (like a pre-order) two weeks before my event. Despite promises by their website that they would call soon, no one ever responded. I called back a week later and they assured me they would send my order out that same day (7 business days from my event). 5 business days later I called because I still had not received the product (not a special printing, merely items in stock). They said it had not even gone out yet and this is two days before the event I ordered the blank badges for. I am risking reviewing before I receive the product, but readers deserve to know that if you need to get something from this company you have to stay completely on top of them.

TERRIBLE!!! Despite promises from the salesperson (who took 2 weeks to respond to my initial request), I did not pay for the additional shipping because I ordered the badges 3 WEEKS before I needed them. The salesperson assured me TWICE that the order would arrive. Less than 3 days before I need the badges, I received an email stating they had been SHIPPED. It took me 10 phone calls, 1 failed chat session and 3 voicemails before someone called me back. When I demanded a refund, I was told that it would only be processed once I shipped back the badges. When I demanded they pay the postage, she hung up on me. DO. NOT. ORDER. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!!!

I have a newly formed drum company and I was looking for an economical, yet professional, design to create drum badges to attach to our drums. I contacted Randy, and provided him with a rough WP file for a drum badge. He was very quick to respond and, within a few days, we agreed on a design. The badges were sent very quickly and they turned out better than I had imagined. I will be using them for all our future drum badge orders.

"Carolyn Grant" was our "rep" who was very slow to respond to my emails and dropped the ball. I then tried what I thought was another company only to get an email from "Carolyn Grant" again. I will give them/her one more change to get it right as I expected something nefarious in this business. I will update this rating IF and WHEN I receive my initial product.

In light of the other "reviews" of this company, which are completely contrary to my own, I suspect that they are "self-induced reviews"

Took several attempts to place an order for badges for new employees. I called, I emailed. When I finally got someone on the phone, they said they had sent an invoice via email. They resent the invoice, but then they sent it to the wrong address even though I changed the shipping address in my account. I would have appreciated a call back.

These are elegant and sturdy name badges that sets you apart at business networking events. Randy Montalvo was very helpful to work with.

I've ordered 3 times from them. The price is right, but you need to personally see your order through to completion and there is a huge margin of error.
First order - no issue.
Second order - submitted my order request and was under a time crunch. Called to see if they could fill it, got put on hold for 15 minutes and finally left a message. My order arrived, but they sent the wrong order. Called and addressed the issue and they overnighted the right order to me.
Third order, I submitted my order request, no response, so I emailed again, no response. Finally received a response a week later w/ no proof attached. Had to request it again. Explained my frustration w/ the time it took to place my order, they offered to expedite my order.

I like to give companies the benefit of the doubt but my last two experiences leave me exhausted on something that should be easy.

After researching several online badge-makers, I found that I got to a certain point when trying to load my logo and I never knew if I would get exactly what I wanted. Once I got to BNB, I worked with Randy and he helped essentially design the name badges for our non-profit's board of directors with only a basic logo. It was by no means a big order, but I was delt with as if I had been a long term customer. The correspondence was very fast, the shipment arrived ahead of schedule, and the name badges look exactly like how I wanted them to turn out. Great Job BNB Team!

Randy put together a great package for our local volunteer fire department. He responded quickly to my numerous emails when I would change my mind on design. The product quality is great and they shipped it fast. We will definitely order from BNB again and again.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Slow communication, slow production, reps could really care less about their job or the fact that they claim to have a fast turn around time. I have been waiting on 5 badges for 2 weeks. I never heard back from the reps once I made my payment. At this point I would rather dispute my charges for services not rendered and go with another company that was willing to beat their price and pay the cost for expedited shipping!

In need of badges for employees the internet proved once again why it is so valuable. Using the search engine it put me in contact with the best company for what was needed. Bestnamebadges proved to be one of the most valuable company for badges I have come in contact with. There staff is highly trained and very well versed in getting there product to the consumer in a timely manner.
