Terrible service! Placed an on-line inquiry (like a pre-order) two weeks before my event. Despite promises by their website that they would call soon, no one ever responded. I called back a week later and they assured me they would send my order out that same day (7 business days from my event). 5 business days later I called because I still had not received the product (not a special printing, merely items in stock). They said it had not even gone out yet and this is two days before the event I ordered the blank badges for. I am risking reviewing before I receive the product, but readers deserve to know that if you need to get something from this company you have to stay completely on top of them.
