The product itself is good quality - which is the only reason they deserve the one star they are getting. Their customer service, or lack thereof, deserves 0 stars. Orders that are delayed 10 weeks due to equipment breaking down and not notifying the customer, having to request for a confirmation multiple times via email that an order was confirmed, orders "magically" not arriving in multiple locations even though they shipped, and then lastly receiving wrong "replacement" orders for those that never arrived. I understand things happen and I believe I am a pretty flexible person-- but this is a bit ridiculous. You have to stay on top of the entire process from top to bottom in order for it run somewhat smooth. It is definitely a disappointment as we've worked with them for years.
