I've ordered 3 times from them. The price is right...

I've ordered 3 times from them. The price is right, but you need to personally see your order through to completion and there is a huge margin of error.
First order - no issue.
Second order - submitted my order request and was under a time crunch. Called to see if they could fill it, got put on hold for 15 minutes and finally left a message. My order arrived, but they sent the wrong order. Called and addressed the issue and they overnighted the right order to me.
Third order, I submitted my order request, no response, so I emailed again, no response. Finally received a response a week later w/ no proof attached. Had to request it again. Explained my frustration w/ the time it took to place my order, they offered to expedite my order.

I like to give companies the benefit of the doubt but my last two experiences leave me exhausted on something that should be easy.
