TERRIBLE!!! Despite promises from the salesperson ...

TERRIBLE!!! Despite promises from the salesperson (who took 2 weeks to respond to my initial request), I did not pay for the additional shipping because I ordered the badges 3 WEEKS before I needed them. The salesperson assured me TWICE that the order would arrive. Less than 3 days before I need the badges, I received an email stating they had been SHIPPED. It took me 10 phone calls, 1 failed chat session and 3 voicemails before someone called me back. When I demanded a refund, I was told that it would only be processed once I shipped back the badges. When I demanded they pay the postage, she hung up on me. DO. NOT. ORDER. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!!!!
