"Carolyn Grant" was our "rep" who was very slow to respond to my emails and dropped the ball. I then tried what I thought was another company only to get an email from "Carolyn Grant" again. I will give them/her one more change to get it right as I expected something nefarious in this business. I will update this rating IF and WHEN I receive my initial product.

In light of the other "reviews" of this company, which are completely contrary to my own, I suspect that they are "self-induced reviews"
