This was the WORST customer service I have ever experienced!!!! I ordered 27 name badges from this company at the beginning of March. I received my order with the incorrect logo on the badges. I needed them for a trade show that started the next day so I asked them to just cancel and refund my order. They insisted on reprinting them which was going to do me no good and I asked for a refund. The customer rep then stated that she would "speak with my manager and have that taken care of for you." I had not heard back from the rep but the charge was still on my card. I called again on Monday and they informed me that the rep who was working with me, no longer works for the company, but they would have a manager reach out to me. 3 Days went by and I still did not hear anything. I called back again and got hung up on. So I called again and then rep informed me that I would have to send back the badges with the wrong logo to get the refund. I asked if they were going to supply me with a return label and they said I would have to incur that cost. Then I spoke to a manager who was incredibly rude and wanted me to send back the badges on my time. This is ridiculous!! You guys messed up my ordered and keep inconvenience me to follow back up and pay out more money for the messed up name badges.
My company has given a lot of business to Best name badges of the years but we certainly will not be using this company ever again!
I should not have to spend time and money to send an order back to you that was not what I ordered.

Please save yourself time and sanity and use a different company!!!
