TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE/PRODUCTS NOT ARRIVING ON TIME
Ordered name badges from here and paid expedited shipping costs to get them here on time. They sent me someone else's package. My package arrived 5 days after I ordered them. When I didn't ship back the incorrectly sent package in one week the MANAGER called and yelled at one of my employees who knew nothing about the situation. When I called him back he accused me of stealing the other name badges and told me it was my fault that the wrong package was shipped to me. I emailed the CEO (Ryan) to talk about my experience. He said he would call me and never did. I emailed him again and have received no response. Very Dissatisfied!
