Unfortunately a terrible experience. Confirmed a rush order for delivery of name tags to be delivered a day before a big event. We were promised an on-time delivery. Delivery day came and went, event day happened, then two more business days later and no response until we had to follow up with an order number. Started with chat and that proved futile. Contacted Rep and she apologized for lateness, explained she was out of the office for a day and trying to catch up. They offered to invoice us today; yet still no mention on any delivery. We will never use this company again. Poor business service and sub-par customer service. Unfortunate for us and new client, but lesson learned.
