I purchased a 2018 Jeep Cherokee TH on the 10th of April 2018 and I love they way they deal with their customers. I had previously been to another dealer and looked at the exact same vehicle and MSRP that I wanted to purchase and that dealer quoted me a trade price of $2600 more than Don Looney quoted to me . The first dealer wanted to know what I would do and I basically said I told you I wanted your best price so you can't do anything for me and that sales manager and I agreed that we would not be able to come to terms. I then talked to Don Looney who gave me a price $2600 below the price that I had been offered on the same exact vehicle with the same MSRP and we quickly made a deal. I suggest you give Benson CDJR a call before purchasing any FCA vehicle (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, Fiat) or you may be paying too much. Once General Sales Manager, Don Looney quotes you an OTD price (out the door price -with all fees and taxes) that is price you will be paying. Their sales group are all professional sales people so you will get a knowledgeable and caring sales consultant whoever your sales consultant is helping you with your purchase.

I brought my Jeep Wrangler in for a Knock and low oil pressure. My Jeep has 24k miles. They pulled in shop and said that they would not warranty. They stated water damage. Since there was a very little water in the turn signal that is aftermarket. They also stated there was mud in the crossmember at the back of the transmission. None of these would have caused a engine to fail. My Jeep sat for a week with no help from them. Chrysler tried to call to assist and they would not talk to them. Horrible and still never told what the issue was after a week. Only excuse on why they do not want to work. So if you have a Jeep Wrangler take anywhere but here. I should have listen to all my Jeep friend that said do not go hear they are not helpful at all.

I've been going through a very difficult process at McKinney Jeep in Easley where they told me they could only get me financed in a Patriot Sport, although I really wanted a Renegade with touchscreen and backup camera. At first they said I was approved and let me drive off the lot with the vehicle for over a week and then called me stating the finance fell through and wanted the vehicle back. I was very disappointed and let down from this, especially since I already put over 1,300 miles on the vehicle.
I had enough of their games and started to search again online. That is when I found the vehicle I absolutely wanted at Benson and called, they connected me to Justice. I provided Justice with the vehicle details, my details and my cosigner. He didn't waste any time at all and within about two days, I woke up to a phone call from him on Saturday saying, "we got you approved" go ahead and send me your paycheck stubs. I was so excited and went right in to the dealership. Justice is a very knowledgeable man when it comes to Jeeps and he really takes time to talk to you, making sure you're in the right vehicle and even filled it up for me when we were on the test drive.
I'm so excited and proud to be a Jeep owner and even more to know that I don't just have an experienced salesman to refer back to, but also a Jeep expert to answer any questions I have. I purchased a 2017 FIAT 500L in June 2017. The vehicle started making a clunking noise and jerking when coming to a stop. I called the service department and explained the situation. The soonest they could get me in to see a service tech was 2 weeks, even when I questioned them about getting in earlier because it was a transmission problem. When I took the vehicle in for service, they did an oil change and looked at the transmission problem. They tried to tell me there was nothing wrong with the car ... that it had something to do with it being a dual transmission and that the technician had driven it for 9 miles and didn t experience the problem. I questioned that response, so the service mgr and I took the vehicle for a drive and he experienced exactly what I was talking about. When we got back to the shop, Kenneth Morgan (service tech that rode with me) asked me to give him a few minutes to research the problem. After about 10 minutes, he came out and said that it was going to take longer than he thought, so he got me a loaner car off the sales lot (because their rental car affiliates didn t have any available). It took two days to fix the car. Throughout that time, Kenneth kept in contact with me and informed me of what was being done. He was very professional.

While searching for my vehicle of choice online. This dealership happen to be a little bit out of my budget price wise, but the most convenient location. Once I finally decide to go in to check out my vehicle of choice. I was completely surprised at size of this dealership and how helpful and friendly the sales guys were at just about all 3 buildings. Eventually, I was lead to the Certified & Used dealership. Where I was then strongly recommended to speak to Fred Picone. Fred had originally been helping another customer at the time I saw him, but didn't allow that to stop his great customer service. In between the wait, I was also introduced to the Sales Manager Joe who was also a Great sport. Between the compassion and understanding of both the Sales Manager and the salesmen Fred. I was able to get myself into the vehicle of my dreams without too much stress.
Fred did a Great job of making sure that I was completely comfortable and that all of my questions and needs were met and answered. While Joe did an Awesome job at keeping his word (handshake based) and being able to crack a nice smile. Which only help me stay confident that I was in good hands.
By the end of the transaction. My vehicle of choice was a little bit more affordable and I was able to enjoy seeing a bunch of helpful and supportive workers instead of a bunch of ruthless pushy sales men. I would encourage anyone that is near this area to stop by and speak to either one of these two gentlemen. As it was clear to me that not every transaction was always about the $$$. I bought my Jeep from the Spartanburg location, however this one is closer to both my work and my home. I called the service department due to receiving a notice on my Jeep maintenance app about a recall. The service department told me it didn t apply to my vehicle. The women I talked too on the phone removed the notice from my app because after hanging up it was no longer there. About a month later, I received a notice in the mail about the same recall that applies to all 18-21 manual transmission Jeep wranglers. I decided to call the Spartanburg location and they did confirm that it DOES apply to my vehicle and if I wouldn t have gotten it fixed it could ve been a fire hazard! I don t know why this location would lie to me about a recall. Despite this location being closer to my work I will be using the Spartanburg location which I can trust. I bought my Jeep very recently so I haven t even taken it for an oil change yet so this was my very first experience ever with this location and it left a very bad taste in my mouth.
