Made an appointment to have a key made for my Jeep...

Made an appointment to have a key made for my Jeep (chip key). Arrived at dealership and waited for 45 minutes before a service rep informed me that he had bad news. He stated that the piece of equipment used to program the key was borrowed by another Jeep dealership "Big O".

Wasted 2 hours of my time.
Not appreciated!
