Benson/Chrsler/jeep Review

My experience with Benson was top notch and we ended up buying a great new vehicle from Malak Moulaie and the team. The service was excellent and we will return to purchase more vehicles in the future.

I recently purchased a Jeep from Benson. I was told to ask for Mike Conroy. Instead of letting me know he was too busy to assist me he had me wait around for hours while he assisted another family with their sale. In total I was at the dealership for 6 hours, only test driving two cars and being in the finance office for 15 mins. The rest of my time was spent being shuffled around from table to table. When Mr. Conroy finally had time to discuss the purchase with me he asked how much I would like the payment to be around. Instead of clarifying that what I had in mind was way lower than what they could possibly offer me, he insulted me by saying I looked like I could afford more and that he never would have let me test drive the car had he known I couldn t afford it . Needless to say I could afford the car and did purchase it. And to top it all off I noticed half a mile after leaving the dealership that the dash is coming loose with an air pocket underneath it and that will need to be repaired.

I have bought three vehicles at Benson, and It has been a wonderful experience each time. Recently, I had the good fortune to work with Kelby. He really made sure that I got the deal I needed to put me in a new car

My husband and I have become loyal Benson customers since 2016. We have now purchased 3 vehicles. We have also recommended this dealership to several friends and family. We love our vehicles but our loyalty to this particular dealership is due in large part to our salesman Bill Justice. He is awesome, dedicated and honest.

My salesman Michael Conroy went all out to get me the terms I wanted and needed even if it didn't make sense to him.

John Ross was very helpful without being pushy. He explained how Benson does their pricing and gave me enough feedback about the vehicle I was purchasing to make me feel comfortable and at ease with my purchase. Nothing extra was forced on me and my buying experience was very pleasant and stress free.

This is the absolute worst car dealership. Horrible experience. constantly jerking me back and forth and unable to give a straight answer about anything. called to say I was coming for a certain car only for them to tell me another employee bought it after I drove an hour to get there. Then they call me the next day to say that they didn't buy it and they just didn't know what was going on. Told them it would be the next day before i could make the trip back . The next day I called about coming to get the car and they lead me on an hour and a half long journey on the telephone on whether they actually had the car or not. the sales team seems completely unaware of anything that is going on and does not mind wasting your time. completely unprofessional. I have never seen business conducted in such a manner.

All I have had is horrible experiences with this dealer ship. They had wrong address on my paper work. Never got my registration. Finance department didn't send enough to pay off my truck I traded in. I'm still waiting on my truck detail that never got done. When I tried to speak with sales manager about all my issues all he wanted to do was make excuses. I never once felt like they cared about me the customer. Now come to service. They suck also. Want to charge you for everything. 21 dollars to rotate tires that should be a standard free service. When I asked about it I was told they have to pay there techs to rotate them so that's why it's not free. Today I was promised they would fit my truck in for service. After I asked repeatedly if you cannot get it or you don't think you can get to it, it's fine I will take it somewhere else. No we will get to it. Got a call at 4:15 telling me they won't be able to get to it. We leave for vacation tomorrow. Thanks benson. I officially hate hate hate your dealership. And they could care less. I see a lot of people have had great experiences there but I did not. Worst dealership ever. They lost a lot of business cause we trade cars a lot.

My wife and I bought 3 cars at Benson Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and Fiat in 2015. Last year we went from a 3 Ford Family to a 3 Jeep Family and we are loving the new and Exciting Jeep Life! These Vehicles are Amazing!
Not only have I bought 3 cars from Benson Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram and Fiat in Greer South Carolina in the past year but we go there for all of our service and parts needs. Both Matt and Justin at the parts counter are knowledgeable and informative about the products they stand behind. They are able and willing to get you the best MOPAR accessories for any of your wants.
All the service advisors Anthony, Tim and Brad are on point with their expertise in getting your vehicle fixed in a timely manner! I do suggest scheduling your service appointments on their website however. They are quite busy at times so you may experience long wait times on the phone.
The Sales Department starting with the Management Team Don and Ruby are True Professionals and Experts on their product! They are always willing to get you top dollar for your trade. The sales staff are the most seasoned sales professionals in the entire South Eastern Region of the U.S. with 10 Salesman totaling over 88 years of experience!
With this lineup there's no wonder they came in 1st place in 2015 for impeccable sales volume.
All in all, The Benson Team is Truly Top Notch!

I went to look for a car for my husband when he returns home from overseas. Dell Burns approached me and was very helpful. He helped me look around and wanted to know all about my husband to make sure I was getting the right vehicle for him. He wasnt pushy nor trying to put my husband in any vehicle just to get a sell. Although I didn't find the vehicle that my husband would fall in love with, Dell helped out a lot. I will be referring anyone who's looking for a vehicle to you guys and preferably have them to meet with Dell. If I'm still not successful in my search I will be coming back to see what new inventory you guys may have.

Malak was a phenomenal. Knowledgable, friendly and not pushy at all. The whole team worked quickly to trade in my old car and get me into a gorgeous newer car.

Recently purchased a 2016 Dodge Durango from Benson. Chris and Dale guided me through the process with ease, allowing me to sit in and drive several models to get e feel for how I would use it daily for me and my 4 kids. Most important they told me not to rush my decision and make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Knowledgeable and no pressure sales. William Moore was my sales rep and once again he did an outstanding job for me as a customer. He went over and above as being a sales rep. I would recommend William to any family or friend to go see William. Jonathan Rudy was the sales manager. I ordered a part for the new Jeep I purchased so I met the new parts rep (April Plotts) very nice and courteous. I know the guys in the service department so I stopped by and talked to them for a few minutes.
I'm looking forward to Benson's transitioning to their brand new building across the road.

I heard there was a recall on my car so I called to set up an appointment. The person I spoke to in service was very rude and gave me a sarcastic remark ("Just because you heard it on the TV doesn't mean it's true")-apparently CarandDriver is a tv show now- I called back and tried to reach a manager and was never able to get in touch with one. They lost a customer.

We have bought several cars over the last couple of years and Bill Suderman has always gave us his full attention. He has gone out of his way to continue helping after the sale. We recently had an issue with our vehicle outside of the dealership and he was more than happy to help during and after. See Bill you wont be disappointed.

This was my first time buying a brand new vehicle I was very nervous but Eben R. McCauley was very helpful he worked with me so I could get the best deal I could get he was very down to earth and a funny guy made me feel comfortable I would come back in the future if I ever need another vehicle.
