I recently purchased a Jeep from Benson. I was told to ask for Mike Conroy. Instead of letting me know he was too busy to assist me he had me wait around for hours while he assisted another family with their sale. In total I was at the dealership for 6 hours, only test driving two cars and being in the finance office for 15 mins. The rest of my time was spent being shuffled around from table to table. When Mr. Conroy finally had time to discuss the purchase with me he asked how much I would like the payment to be around. Instead of clarifying that what I had in mind was way lower than what they could possibly offer me, he insulted me by saying I looked like I could afford more and that he never would have let me test drive the car had he known I couldn t afford it . Needless to say I could afford the car and did purchase it. And to top it all off I noticed half a mile after leaving the dealership that the dash is coming loose with an air pocket underneath it and that will need to be repaired.
I have bought three vehicles at Benson, and It has been a wonderful experience each time. Recently, I had the good fortune to work with Kelby. He really made sure that I got the deal I needed to put me in a new car

John Ross was very helpful without being pushy. He explained how Benson does their pricing and gave me enough feedback about the vehicle I was purchasing to make me feel comfortable and at ease with my purchase. Nothing extra was forced on me and my buying experience was very pleasant and stress free.
This is the absolute worst car dealership. Horrible experience. constantly jerking me back and forth and unable to give a straight answer about anything. called to say I was coming for a certain car only for them to tell me another employee bought it after I drove an hour to get there. Then they call me the next day to say that they didn't buy it and they just didn't know what was going on. Told them it would be the next day before i could make the trip back . The next day I called about coming to get the car and they lead me on an hour and a half long journey on the telephone on whether they actually had the car or not. the sales team seems completely unaware of anything that is going on and does not mind wasting your time. completely unprofessional. I have never seen business conducted in such a manner.
All I have had is horrible experiences with this dealer ship. They had wrong address on my paper work. Never got my registration. Finance department didn't send enough to pay off my truck I traded in. I'm still waiting on my truck detail that never got done. When I tried to speak with sales manager about all my issues all he wanted to do was make excuses. I never once felt like they cared about me the customer. Now come to service. They suck also. Want to charge you for everything. 21 dollars to rotate tires that should be a standard free service. When I asked about it I was told they have to pay there techs to rotate them so that's why it's not free. Today I was promised they would fit my truck in for service. After I asked repeatedly if you cannot get it or you don't think you can get to it, it's fine I will take it somewhere else. No we will get to it. Got a call at 4:15 telling me they won't be able to get to it. We leave for vacation tomorrow. Thanks benson. I officially hate hate hate your dealership. And they could care less. I see a lot of people have had great experiences there but I did not. Worst dealership ever. They lost a lot of business cause we trade cars a lot.

Both Matt and Justin at the parts counter are knowledgeable and informative about the products they stand behind. They are able and willing to get you the best MOPAR accessories for any of your wants.
All the service advisors Anthony, Tim and Brad are on point with their expertise in getting your vehicle fixed in a timely manner! I do suggest scheduling your service appointments on their website however. They are quite busy at times so you may experience long wait times on the phone.
The Sales Department starting with the Management Team Don and Ruby are True Professionals and Experts on their product! They are always willing to get you top dollar for your trade. The sales staff are the most seasoned sales professionals in the entire South Eastern Region of the U.S. with 10 Salesman totaling over 88 years of experience!

I went to look for a car for my husband when he returns home from overseas. Dell Burns approached me and was very helpful. He helped me look around and wanted to know all about my husband to make sure I was getting the right vehicle for him. He wasnt pushy nor trying to put my husband in any vehicle just to get a sell. Although I didn't find the vehicle that my husband would fall in love with, Dell helped out a lot. I will be referring anyone who's looking for a vehicle to you guys and preferably have them to meet with Dell. If I'm still not successful in my search I will be coming back to see what new inventory you guys may have.

I heard there was a recall on my car so I called to set up an appointment. The person I spoke to in service was very rude and gave me a sarcastic remark ("Just because you heard it on the TV doesn't mean it's true")-apparently CarandDriver is a tv show now- I called back and tried to reach a manager and was never able to get in touch with one. They lost a customer.
We have bought several cars over the last couple of years and Bill Suderman has always gave us his full attention. He has gone out of his way to continue helping after the sale. We recently had an issue with our vehicle outside of the dealership and he was more than happy to help during and after. See Bill you wont be disappointed.
