I personally thought I was treated rude . I walked in they just stared at me while they were just standing. 3 of them . After looking around for a minute one says can I help you. I said I was interested in a truck and the guy who seemed to be the boss of the other 2 says we'll unless you make $$$ amount then we can't help you he says. So I left went to Ford and now I'm driving a new f150 4x4 full size crew cab xlt. So Dodge has lost this customer

Used cars was an absolute waste of my time and money. Spent about $200 in uber trips back and forth because I had to get paperwork they asked for, and they kept forgetting to tell me more stuff they needed. I would highly recommend bringing them a medical report of your blood type and your first born child if you ever plan on getting a vehicle from them.

I want to thank Dennis Wright and Robbie the finance guy for getting me into my first vehicle that wasn't more than 5 years old it was an awesome place and an awesome visit thank you guys so much I will be back in 5 years for a new one LOL

My wife and I came in there on July 22nd really to ask question about the Chrysler Pacifica. Mike Conroy came over and started talking to us and answered our questions. We took a test drive and really like the van! Mike worked with us for a greater part of the day and by the end of the day we were driving off in our brand new Chrysler Pacifica!!! Bought a certified 2019 Ram truck. David West was laid back, professional salesman. Gave a fantastic deal on trade in. In conversation with sales manager, Scott, discovered I only had one key. He said certified cars get two keys. I followed him across the road to service, he put me first in line to get a key chipped and ran off.

In contrast, bought a certified 2019 Pacifica from Benson's Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge rival on the motor mile in Greenville. High pressure. Not as good deal, but had exactly the car I wanted. Sales manager said I do not get a second key. Minimum requirement? On the lot leaving rivals(after service closed)noticed two things checked on the certified checklist that should not have been checked. Taking to service tomorrow. Buying a car at Benson with paperwork only took 2 hours. At the other dealer.over 5 hours.

The service I receive from Anthony Bull at Benson Chrysler in Greer has been outstanding each time. I travel for a living. So I have my car serviced every month. He has always been able to get me in an out as quickly as possible as. He is an asset for sure to this dealership.

Service offered quickly, facilities very clean.
On our second visit the problem with our car was repaired under warranty. Only one small complaint, when our part came in we were not notified promptly. Still 5 stars, the waiting room is great.

Mr. Robert G Miller was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made the experience easy and uneventful. Did not care for his manager. He was somewhat pushy and could not take a hint well. The restroom smell was unpleasant. All in all I would recommend Benson Chrysler to others.

I Just bought a 2017 Jeep Cherokee at Benson of Greer, I always dreaded dealing with salesmen but My Son recommended I go to Benson and talk to Dell Burns, My Son had bought a new car from him and has been very satisfied. Dell Burns provided excellent service. He was very friendly, helpful and informative. I went in looking for a used jeep and was surprised that I could get a new jeep with the monthly payment range I needed. He spent time talking with us and made sure we were comfortable and he offered drinks and snacks while the paper work was completed. This place was incredible. Had an issue with our 2017 Pacifica where there was no audio. In fact, we realized this issue a few months after we bought the vehicle from CarMax, so it's likely that the audio has never worked. In short, the vehicle was in the shop from Monday morning until Friday morning. However, Benson covered us with a rental vehicle from Enterprise. Our service adviser, Steve, was in touch everyday on the status. All this to say that we had previously taken the vehicle to an authorized Chrysler dealership in the upstate with no success. That dealer had the vehicle in and out several different times, all to say, "sorry, we can't fix it". Highly recommend using Benson in Greer.
