Awesome place , great people. Dell Burns is always willing to help no matter what . I gave a five star because I had something go wrong with my car and it wasn't under warranty but they fixed it anyway . Very honest and friendly . We have been there several times , I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal on a used or new car .

On November 2, 2017 my husband and I purchased a 2017 Dodge Ram truck, Dale our Greer, SC Benson sales representative was very instrumental in a our decision to make this purchase .
Dale spoke with my husband the day before about the trucks Benson Greer had on their lot , they discussed our price range and specific requirements we were looking for in a truck. Dale then sent my husband emails with pictures of the trucks , colors, and specific details .
Dale told my husband that he was off the next day ,but he would be happy to come in and show us personally what Benson Greer had to offer. I feel Dale went over and above for us.
When we arrived on the 2nd Dale had a truck at the front ready for us to drive , by the way that was the very truck we purchased.
Dale wasn t pushy, was very professional, and did all he could to help us come to a great deal.
Each representative of Benson we came into contact with were very friendly and helpful.

I had RJ Gist as a salesman and he was great! From test drive to delivery he answered all my questions and helped with everything I needed. The only issue I had with the whole process was how long it took to get into financing, but they were really busy so I guess you'll have that. At the end of the day I will be doing business with Benson Dodge again for sure.

My experience at Benson in Greer was one for the books. I came to this dealership thinking i wasn't going to leave with what I wanted but I can say goodbye to that thanks to William Moore. William gave me an amazing appraisal on my old BMW and somehow managed to get me in the drivers seat of a 2017 Charger Daytona. William definitely is one of the best and he gave me nothing but positive results. Definitely give him a call

I have no experience with the sales department, only the service department & that experience was underwhelming. I brought my Fiat in (this service department covers Benson Fiat which is right next door) for an oil change & service as my check engine light was on. I called a couple of times to check on the process & was put on perma-hold basically. $600 worth of work later they didn't even run my car through their carwash (something every other dealer I've gone to for service does) or top off my windshield washer fluid. On top of all that, while headed back home the check engine light came back on. I can promise you that neither my Fiat or my Jeep Cherokee will be coming here again for service.

Avoid Mike, "The Polar Bear" as a sales man. He won't listen to you. I told him what I wanted, he lied about the features of the car, and sold me a car that is subpar for what I need. He doesn't care about the customer, he only cares about the sale. When I went back a week after the purchase, he's like "oh, I thought this car had those features, oh well" OH WELL? REALLY? I have been trying to learn to like the Dodge Journey he sold me for 9 months now & still HATE IT! The car itself has been in the shop 6 times in 9 months! & it's still making odd noises and has an occasional electrical glitch. I tell everyone that rides with me (I'm an Uber Driver) and compliments my vehicle never to buy one & to avoid Bensons in Greer. My old car was crappy, but still didn't require this many visits to the shop. SMDH
