From start to finish I have nothing but good things to say. I had submitted an inquiry online and was first contacted by Madeline and then Cassie. Both ladies were very friendly and prompt with their responses. I had the pleasure of working with Randall, he was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He is also very kind and genuine, and I felt like I was in the best hands. He listened to what I wanted and suggested a car for me that wasn t even on my radar, which I ended up loving and purchasing. Lastly I encountered Dale, she was so sweet and so efficient, she effortlessly made the last step smooth and painless.
