We had an amazing experience leasing our 2018 highlander at Beaverton Toyota. Tony Hosseini helped us through the entire process and answered all of our questions patiently. This was our first time leasing a car, so you can imagine how many questions we had, but Toni went above and beyond my expectation to make sure the entire process was clear for us and that we understood everything. The "Clear Process" as they call it at the dealership was painless, unlike what I had experienced before at other dealerships. We had our dog with us to try and see if he is comfortable with the new car we were about to lease and they nicely helped us take him for a test drive. Beaverton Toyota is very dog friendly and this was a pleasure for us to see that we can have our dog with us during the entire process. They even provided dog treats to keep him happy.

I'm very pleased with my lightly used 2015 Prius C that I purchased at Beaverton Toyota. I feel confident that I got a good deal. Especially with the warranties that they offer. Whyman Stewart was very personable, knowledgeable and helpful. He explained all the details, and guided me through the necessary steps in finalizing my decision. I'd be glad to recommend both Whyman and Beaverton Toyota!

I took my 2004 in to have the failing battery repl...

I took my 2004 in to have the failing battery replaced and do a comprehensive evaluation just prior to selling my vehicle to a close relative. We have been the only owner of this vehicle and have used Beaverton Toyota exclusively to do the maintenance of this vehicle during the past 12 years. He reported initially some additional "engine noises" the vehicle was exhibiting. I told him to go ahead and do additional diagnostics on the vehicle (and approved an additional $110 to do so). He came back 48 hours later and said that there were no problems and that the noise was caused likely by soiled gloves installing timing belts last year, leaving them susceptible to additional dirt. Cleaning the belts eliminated the noise. Since the cause was traceable to their own technicians, no extra charge for diagnoses was due. We appreciate the attentiveness to diagnosis and ownership in solving this problem and thus not passing the extra labor on to us. It also gave me the confidence that this vehicle is in good condition and not likely to be a burden to my relative in the future.

Very informative and excellent customer service. I was able to walk in and get serviced and out in no time! The lobby is full of places to sit and they even have computers you can use during your wait. Made the experience one I felt comfortable with. They also include an inspection and let you know on a sliding scale the status of your vehicle in various categories.

I had a fabulous experience at Beaverton Toyota and I have to say it was all due to Sean Murtagh, the sales rep who helped me.
He was very kind and thorough, and not at all pushy or agenda driven. What a refreshing experience it was. It made the whole process delightful. He helped me get exactly what I was looking for, and I'm grateful for his help.

I worked with Daniel Ennis and he was absolutely amazing. He was patient, courteous, fun, and knowledgeable. I was nervous coming in since this was my first time looking at a new car. He was never pushy, but showed me all my options. He was great at listening for what I liked and seemed to be actually having fun.

The dealership as a whole is amazing. People are there to greet you right away. They have food and refreshments. More hospitality than I would ever imagine walking into a dealership. Everyone was professional, but also relaxed so I never felt intimidated.

Best experience I could have asked for.

I took my car there to get an oil change and it took them 2 hours to do it. They mentioned that i had 3 lights out and gave me a $111 estimate to change them. That included $108 worth of labor and less than 4 dollars worth of bulbs. I bought the bulbs at a parts store and spent 15 minutes changing them myself. 15 minutes of my time saved me 108 dollars. They also wanted to charge me 86 bucks for a belt i found for 32 bucks elsewhere. They must think i have a buckets of money lying around and i like throwing it away.

The nicest toyota dealership I've ever been to. Came in here to get an oil change / tire rotation, after traveling cross country. Excellent service done within an hour and a half of driving up, no appt, on a Tuesday. Free car wash and vacuum. Even had a cafe w $2 pbj and other value priced items like $3 grilled cheese/ quesadilla and othe sandwich and breakfast items. Along w great "illy" coffee :-)
Ok so they had a golf putting range on the side? haha
wonderful place to hang out and chill while your vehicle is getting serviced. They said specifically Sunday's were the best for oil changes w no/ not much wait.
Let's see what else, oh they had a family bathroom with a shower . Just the best ever. Thank you toyota Beaverton

Very nice experience working with Daniel Ennis. His manner was very low pressure, friendly and seemed sincere. He was very attentive and able to answer all our questions. After getting to know our needs, Daniel actually suggested that we drive a Prius Prime (which we had not yet considered) and that is what we ended up purchasing. Daniel had an iPad with him and was able to access all info directly from that, and, keys were attached to car doors, so there was no waiting around for salesman to walk to dealership office to get keys for test drive. Daniel was also able to coordinate getting our new car delivered on the same day that we turned in our VW across the street. Very convenient for us! Overall it felt like a very efficient process with minimal waiting around. Even though Beaverton was not the closest dealership to us, they gave us the best experience and made our drive worth it and we plan to do all our service/maintenance with them. Thank you Daniel and Beaverton Toyota.

Initially, we considered getting a used car but ended up finding a better deal with a low mileage fairly new car. We also had the best services offered including the best interest rate of financing our car after making down payment. Brian's effort need to be acknowledge as he strive hard reaching out to my wife and I through phone and email persuading us to make the right choice by considering Beaverton Toyota offer. We never experienced this customer care anywhere when we started having our widow shopping to buy a car except one we positively felt by Brian and Beaverton Toyota crew services. Mr. John Cantwell helped us in going through the needs for packages to include or not include for the purchase of the car which made the price at the end of the day much reasonable. James Sadler helped me understand what was wrong with my Sequoia and didn't make me feel taken advantage of, which is such a relief. I will definitely request him as our service go to person. So I went to this dealership thinking that I was just gonna get in, choose, test drive, make a deal, sign papers, pay, and leave with a car. I researched everything beforehand about the car that I wanted. But as fate would have it, nope, my credit was virtually non-existent. Apparently, since my credit history was too young, I didn t have an official score from Equifax. This caused me to drop to a Tier 7. I was so devastated. But the staff that helped me, specifically TONY HOSSINI and ANDREW HUDSON worked very hard and told me all that I needed to do, step by step, to get me approved. I gathered all the documents that I needed (they were all stored online bt me which really helped a lot). Oh yeah, this dealership runs most of its system paperless and though emails. Bottomline, I got to a Tier 3. I was very happy about it.

I would recommend going to this dealership for your next Toyota purchase! 11/10!

Oh yeah. They don t do the shove-in-your-face optional stuff that you don t need. These guys sell no-bull, basic stuff. You could always ask premium options if you want. But at least you don t have to go through the headache of saying No, I don t need that. a million times.

My experience was horrible. I scheduled an appointment for a test drive. The minute I get there, a salesperson informs me I'm "in a queue" of a multitude of people interested in the vehicle. Thinking this was typical dealership shenanigans, I went along with the test drive. Little did I know that during the test drive, the vehicle was sold to another person in that queue. Unbelievable. First of all, how do you not call me and share with me that two people are in the process of buying that truck? There are plenty of ways to mitigate a situation like that. I commuted about 45 mins away to come test drive this Tacoma and you have the gall to sell it while I'm test driving it? That's very shady in my opinion. Plus, it adds mileage to the truck. I hope the person who bought it knows about that.

To anyone curious, this is also a "no haggle" dealership. They don't budge on anything. The salesperson threw out all these "0% interest" and "rebate" ideas only to confirm later in a follow up email (we were talking about another used Tacoma) that those deals are specifically for new vehicles.

One positive is that the vehicles are spotless. The service team does a wonderful job at that.

I understand that this is a business operating in a very crazy time amidst all the things related to COVID-19. But this was next-level bad.

Regardless, this place will never have my business and I absolutely plan on sharing my experience with friends & peers.

I went to Beaverton Toyota by referral from a friend and because the price was published on their website, no haggling. The only ding to the day was that even though I had an appointment, the sales person assigned to me never showed. In a way that was not a big deal since for sure I did not feel pressured. I got to go thru the whole inventory on the lot to choose the one right for me which was fun. Nancy Blancas, who was eventually assigned to me, was patient and knowledgeable, really nice and no pressure. I purchased a Prius and love it.

Recently had my 2011 4 Runner in for it's 30k serv...

Recently had my 2011 4 Runner in for it's 30k service. I was told it needed a engine oil flush, oil treatment and fuel treatment in addition to the normal 30k service. I have never heard of these being recommended at this service level and asked more questions. Turns out these are NOT Toyota recommended but something the dealer is doing. These services almost doubled the cost. I feel they should be more up front with what is Toyota recommended and what they feel is needed in addition to the normal scheduled maintenance. This is the first time I have been treated like this at Beaverton Toyota and was very disappointed. Bottom line is ask questions when your car is in for service or you may be paying a lot more than needed.

My Service Advisor that was responsible for my vehicle was super efficient and he knew exactly what service my vehicle needed. The service was completed very quickly. This was my first time buying a car. I was looking...

This was my first time buying a car. I was looking for a used Corolla, and had been shopping around online. The first dealer (NOT Beaverton Toyota) I visited was a traditional business model, where salesmen work with you and then you move into a negotiation phase when a "closer" comes and you have to go back and forth to settle on a price. I was partway through this process when I decided I didn't want to buy the car right then, but as I tried to walk out I was pressured to buy even when I clearly stated my intentions. Things moved so fast I was making a decision which ultimately wouldn't have been the right one.

Later in the same day, I called in to Beaverton Toyota asking about test driving a vehicle I was interested in. They had the car waiting when I arrived, and Tyler He greeted me right away and took me straight out to the car after a brief introduction. He set me free to test drive it wherever I wanted, because I know the area, which was a really great way to start. He answered all my questions, and provided information as it was relevant, but the entire time he allowed me to set the pace. When it came time for me to go, there was no pressure to buy or commit to anything. He stayed late so that I could come in later with my dad to look at more cars, which was a great gesture. When there was something he didn't know, he freely admitted that and sought an answer for us.

I ultimately didn't end up buying from Beaverton Toyota because the inventory of Corollas they had at the time didn't exactly match what I wanted, and I found a more ideal car at another dealer (with a similar transparent business model to Beaverton Toyota). That being said, I would have loved to be able to buy from them and work more with Tyler - my experience was stellar. Tyler helped me realize by this experience to that car shopping doesn't have to be stressful, if you work with the right people doing business in the right way. They will definitely be my first choice for any car shopping I do in the future.

I was a late afternoon, no appointment customer, who decided to just show up and check out the Highlanders on the lot. It was smoldering hot outside, and was immediately and happily greeted by Bud Delva who didn't seem to be affected by the heat or miss a beat. Bud answered all my questions (sometimes more than once) and was always respectful and personable. No questions were unanswered and no questions made me feel dumb.

The next day I went back with my husband, who was equally impressed with Bud's knowledge and comfortable demeanor. There were a few concerns about the Highlander Hybrid we had in regards to whether it had the towing capacity we needed, and Bud went out of his way to do the extra research with the facts, so we could make an informed decision.

Last winter I had purchased another car for a family member from another dealership and was left completely exhausted by the whole experience. I was there for hours waiting for each of the various managers to sell their pitch to me. My experience with Bud was like night and day. He was the only person I worked with from start to finish. He patiently and efficiently walked me through the entire sale and in less than an hour I was off driving my new Hylander Hybrid home. Thank you Bud!

Bought a new Tacoma from the dealership and everything went perfectly. I had to order the truck and Luke was giving me daily updates on its status. When I went in to purchase it they were very quick and straightforward with the process. If you are buying a Toyota this is a great dealership to go to. Try and work with Luke if you can!!

I love this place. I always used their service except this one time when I went to Jiffy Lube. Jiffy Lube tried to get me to replace the breaks. Since I did not have $600 sitting in my wallet, I have decided to check with other places and went back to Beaverton Toyota to get the breaks done. After an hour later I got a call back from Beaverton Toyota and they told me that they are sending the shuttle to pick me up. When I went there my service Advisor Chris Scott told me that I do not have to replace breaks for almost another year or so. I was surprised how Jiffy Lube tried to earn quick bucks by recommending me to replace breaks. Thank you Beaverton Toyora. Please see below for the pictures of Toyota and Jiffy sevice orders

Saw Shak twice in the space of two weeks for my two vehicles and on both occasions he delivered exceptional customer service trying his best to get me in and out at a great time, again was not pushy on additional maintenance needed on my vehicle. Despite sub-par/uninformative/erroneous information provided to me over the phone from the "tire specialist" that really frustrated me, Shak still tried his best to keep my business and keep me as a customer of this shop. Again thanks for all your help Shak!

My experience at the dealership has been exceptionally good after I bought a Toyota Corolla 2016. Dan Perez has been always responsive to every little question I had about the car, and he always makes you feel welcome at the dealership. Not only was the buying experience great, the ownership experience has been very satisfying so far. If you want to buy a Toyota, I would highly recommend this dealership, and Dan Perez.
