Andre and his team are excellent in all aspects. My very long (+250') paver brick driveway had 7 areas that needed repairs with a few areas needing extensive repairs due to major shifting of the pavers. After the repairs were completed, I had the team pressure wash and re-sand the whole driveway. The team at Yellow Brick Road exceeded my expectations and brought my driveway up to "like new" condition without breaking the bank. I would highly recommend Andre and his team if you want quality work at a very reasonable cost.

The owner Andre is very professional and keeps in touch every step of the way. He made sure we were satisfied with the work and any concerns we had were dealt with immediately. The work is amazing. We had our patio and sidewalk and driveway done and they honestly look brand new! I HIGHLY recommend this company with no reservations in our part!!!!!

Run, don't walk from this paving company, unless you want substandard work. I took the day off to meet with Andre to walk him through the measurements of project, which resulted in an increase in price because the project was larger, I thought we were in agreement. When his men came, they didn't pave to the exact measurement that Andre and I discussed, but the pavers had already been set.

His men came and laid loose sand in between our pavers, which came out immediately (BECAUSE ITS LOOSE SAND). Also, many of the pavers (even after he attempted to correct it) did not have much sand in between them (which would have come out anyway because its loose sand). Within the time his men laid the sand, there was an afternoon rain storm that made the sand wash away into my yard and all over the other pavers (because its LOOSE SAND). At no point in time did his men come and sweep or clean up our property until 2 weeks later! We had loose mounds of sand all over our pavers for weeks. When we mentioned that we needed a sand that would not provide weeds and would set, Andre said, "This is an industry standard and that is an upgrade." HOWEVER, at no point during the initial quote or consultation did Andre even mention this to us an option. Apparently, he thought loose sand all over my yard and weeds growing in between my pavers was acceptable. We paid Andre to be an expert and consultant to us and he failed to provide us with the appropriate information up front so that we could make that decision. Now, our pavers are a MESS and there is pollen from the trees collecting in between the very DEEP cracks where they didn't lay sand and loose sand all over the place.

Additionally, his men just left piles of pavers next to our house when they were "finished," and only came to clean them up after TWO weeks when we asked them to. Otherwise, they wouldn't have.

When we called Andre initially to express our disappointment, he told my husband that the loose sand is an industry standard and didn't listen to our concerns. Instead, he just kept saying that it was an upgrade. Which, we would have gladly paid for, but he never offered this as an option. Which implies that he considers loose sand all over my yard and pavers as acceptable. Any reasonable person with common sense would NOT BE OKAY with this. In a later conversation, he even mentioned to our husband that he has sealed his own pavers - BUT NOT HIS CUSTOMERS???????? OMG.

After the initial expression of disappointment, we asked Andre several times to come out himself, but he only sent his men wks later.

When I spoke to Andre personally, I was quite upset and explained to him why we were unhappy with our service. During the conversation, Andre kept trying to interrupt me by over talking me. Because of this, I had to raise my voice. In the middle of me talking, he said in a condescending manner, "Are you finished now?" WHO SPEAKS LIKE THAT TO A CUSTOMER??? I then said to him, "Well, based on that comment, it seems like you aren't listening to anything I just said because you are waiting for me to be done talking." I was furious. He then went on to say in a condescending tone like I was just a lowly woman, "This is what we call an industry standard." I then, immediately called him out for talking to me this way as I was not going to tolerate this. Might I add that he NEVER spoke to my HUSBAND this way. I will also add that when I called Andre a week prior, he never called me back, only my husband. After I stood up for myself and called him out for speaking to me in this manner, he became angry and hung up on me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband called him back FURIOUS. During the conversation, Andre would not take any responsibility or ownership for what went wrong and even had the audacity to say, "I did nothing wrong."

Now, we are stuck with loose sand all over our pavers, which we now have to hire someone else to extract and clean, then lay NEW sand and seal it so that loose sand isn't everywhere, and so that weeds aren't growing up through our pavers in a few months.

Andre and Yellow Brick Road are amazing. Andre is very professional, always polite and on time. He listens to his clients wants and does his best to deliver if possible. Quality of work is fantastic and his crews leave the job site clean. Whenever asked for a brick company, j always send them to Yellow Brick Road for over 12 years.

Yellow Brick Road Co. completed a beautiful remodel of our existing pool deck. We went from concrete to a beautiful natural stone. All of the staff we had during the remodel, from the initial price quote to the final sealer of the stone, were very professional. These guys are absolutely stellar. Andres' team did our job in 2-3 days and it wasn't a small one. They had to dig up our brick patio (which two guys did in half a day BY HAND), then lay down our pavers, with all the steps that go with that. At our request they also created a path from the driveway to the backyard with the bricks they dug up. When they were nearly finished we decided to tack on a little path out to a fire pit and they did both the path and the fire pit pad quickly, neatly, and with no complaint. They were so courteous they even brought the mail up to the house one day to keep the mail lady from having to get out of her truck because there was a box too big for our mailbox. They kept the workspaces clean - no trash or food - and they cleaned the driveway (which had been the staging area) on their last day. Always polite, always sweet to our dogs, and they did excellent work. A year on, our pavers are still literally perfect. Their prices were also very competitive. Hire this company - you won't be sorry!

We had Yellow Brick Road replace our concrete driveway with pavers. We chose YBR because we admired a driveway they had done at a neighbor's residence. They completed our project--start to finish--in just two days. We are very happy with the result. The YBR crew worked very hard, and it was evident that they really know their business. If you are looking for any paver work I wouldn't look anywhere else. Yellow brick road is by far the best for any install or repair. I am a very picky person and had 5 quotes before finding them. They are the most honest, reasonable and professional business I have had the pleasure to work with. There is no games and no limitations. They can do whatever you want and walk you through every process. They came in paved my entire pool and added additional walk way in 2 days with a crew I've never seen work so hard. They cleaned up better than when they arrived and followed up immediately after the work was done. Honest great company I would refer to any family and friends. Way to go yellow brick road.

I was looking for someone to expand my driveway build a walkway and redo our side patio. I got 7 quotes from several companies. Andre and his team were priced very well and his availability and straight forward honesty is what sold me on him and his team. I can tell you they were phenomenal. Where I come from talk is cheap. See the photos of their work. If that wasn't enough, his team has come out at my request support some minor requests same day at no extra costs. These guys were awesome! I had some concerns about a design issue after they started and I saw how the layout was going. Andre had his foreman send him a picture of the area. While still on the phone with me, Andre sketched a new design onto the photo and texted it back to me. It was better than I thought it could be and they made the change/expansion right then with no additional charges. We get compliments all the time and we always recommend YBR. Clean up and follow up were no issues and we are extremely pleased.

I had tree roots under my driveway that caused some of the pavers to heave up. Yellow Brick road carefully removed the pavers from about 25% of the driveway, cut out the roots, re-compacted the soil, and reassembled the pavers. The 2 man crew were on-time, friendly and industrious. I would definitely recommend Yellow Brick Road.

Very pleased with the service I received. There were some roots growing under our walkway which had upset the pavers. YBR came out and gave me an estimate, assured me that removing these roots would not damage the tree, and then took care of the problem. I am extremely happy with the results, they look good as new!!

Yellow Brick Road installed the pavers and travertine around our pool, working as a sub-contractor for our pool company. We are extremely difficult customers (I'm an Engineer with a touch of OCD) and demand excellence. Andre, the owner, was extremely responsive to all of our questions and often called to check in on the work The field crew was friendly and accommodating. Everything was completed on time and looks fantastic. They even gave us tips to keep things looking good for years to come. We would absolutely recommend this company and use them again for future work.

We got ourselves into an awful situation with a small pool builder and Andre happened to be working on our next door neighbor's new pool at the very same time. We asked for his information and he didn't hesitate to help us. He came over, took a look at the area, talked to me about everything and gave me a quote. I am a stay at home mom and my husband works downtown and is rarely able to handle these situations. Andre listened to our situation, calmly discussed options for us and told us he would be able to get pavers in just a few weeks. This was during the summer months when contractors were quoting months for pavers to be delivered and at a higher price then Andre gave us. Pavers arrived exactly when he told us they would, his guys showed up the next day and worked like a well oiled machine. I was in our home watching, biting my nails nervously because SO many things went wrong before we were blessed to find awesome contractors who finished our pool. AFTER I paid the final payment, Andre texted me a day or two later and said he wanted to come check the pavers out because he didn't like how a few of them looked in one corner. What contractor calls you after he is paid to come back out and do MORE work!?!? No One!! Not in this market!! I refer him to all our friends and we will never forget him coming to our rescue to help us out when he absolutely could have just looked the other way.

This company replaced my 1100 sq foot pool deck with pavers....they did outstanding job they showed up on time and worked like 10 hrs first day and knocked out job in less than 2 days....very respectful workers craftsmanship was best ive ever seen very meticulious paid attention to details....on last day worker came and cleaned up the entire work area hosed down my driveway which was above and beyond...Andre the boss also called several times to make sure everything was satisfactory....highly recommend...
