Saw Shak twice in the space of two weeks for my two vehicles and on both occasions he delivered exceptional customer service trying his best to get me in and out at a great time, again was not pushy on additional maintenance needed on my vehicle. Despite sub-par/uninformative/erroneous information provided to me over the phone from the "tire specialist" that really frustrated me, Shak still tried his best to keep my business and keep me as a customer of this shop.
