Very nice experience working with Daniel Ennis. His manner was very low pressure, friendly and seemed sincere. He was very attentive and able to answer all our questions. After getting to know our needs, Daniel actually suggested that we drive a Prius Prime (which we had not yet considered) and that is what we ended up purchasing. Daniel had an iPad with him and was able to access all info directly from that, and, keys were attached to car doors, so there was no waiting around for salesman to walk to dealership office to get keys for test drive. Daniel was also able to coordinate getting our new car delivered on the same day that we turned in our VW across the street. Very convenient for us! Overall it felt like a very efficient process with minimal waiting around. Even though Beaverton was not the closest dealership to us, they gave us the best experience and made our drive worth it and we plan to do all our service/maintenance with them.
