They may handle clients at the desk like professional(s) but lack that presence within the work environment, I m sure it s the same with most companies where they; slander behind each other s backs, lie to one another, distract others at work, taking out your day on a worker, being abundantly stupid with your threats and warnings, but they go past that in this company where they want no issue(s) getting out of hand.
While they are too busy giggling about social practice they fail to realize that others are sabotaging the machines in the most moronic ways to get someone fired, logically when you fix a machine it should last a while and not breakdown! but they don t question that when it breaks down the next day. I see that people are derailed from their position to punish those that should not be credited to such accusations. (use your Security Cameras before pointing your nose picked finger(s).)
Some Hispanics are giving their country a bad name by representing their morals (of what little they have), this misleads and causes friction at work (venting their issues with others and oppressing them). My comment is to bring this into a concern with your workers and be more firm as well as understanding, don t let this be a hate relevant issue of discrimination because if that s what your declining to understand then you clearly aren t aware that some of your workers are taking advantage of this slack of attention and will get a lawsuit for sexual harassment eventually.

'roid freak who conned his way into government automation grants. When I worked there they didn't even have a QC department. They pay Latinos $4 less then the industry standard to crank out low quality mostly non-functional boat and plane parts.
