We've been bringing our cars to this service center for 15 years. The service department is friendly and knowledgeable. James Sadler helped me understand what was wrong with my Sequoia and didn't make me feel taken advantage of, which is such a relief. I will definitely request him as our service go to person. The shuttle service and waiting area is top notch also!
