Giuffre any dealership is all under one roof, these ppl sold me a lemon 9 months ago and refuse to be stand up guys, pointing fingers and what not, Google them they've been sued by many and lost also even the Hyundai brand dropped them! They take care of few but do many ppl dirty! Shop elsewhere!

I was hesitant to go to any dealership after a bad experience but my sales person Ayoub changed all that for me. He took me on a detailed test drive and I left that day regretting ever going anywhere else for a car. People take the time to complain, but I felt it was necessary for me to do the same to commend this dealership for their quality service and excellent experience.

DO NOT GO HERE. The salesmen were incredibly rude, they probably thought a 20 year old is a waste of time. Didn t want to show me the model I wanted, and quoted me a ridiculous price. How are they still in business!?! I went to a leasing company, was treated like a king, and got the same car for $150 less a month than what the savages at this place wanted to rob me for.
Like if you guys were busy maybe I would understand but I was the only customer in that tiny shack of a showroom. Awful service.

Excellent service department. Their customer service skills exceed dealership expectations. Got my Jeep back not to long after i dropped it off. The technicians and mechanics actually know what they re doing. The service manager is a sweetheart and if asked any questions will break down everything to you. Definitely will bring my Jeep back here !

Sucks that I can't buy or lease cars as often as I would like to, like every few months or so. This way I can visit Jennifer Velazquez who hooked me up with some nice wheels, and that girl sure knows how to make you want to come back. Props to this salesperson, she knows her stuff. When you go there, trust me, she is your girl. She got me a lot more than I thought I was able to get. Now back to my new beast of ride. Don't be jealous.

I got my town and country from Alex Aug 2014 wrote the contract under the wrong name as I requested to fix this he said no problem come back next week when Chrysler gets the paperwork we will fix this matter then gave me the run around for 3 months said he will fix it after 3 months of calling and leaving massages he told me he could not do so I had a Chrysler representative on the phone with him as he told him yes he can do it and the dealership is the only one who can fix this matter then I took my town and country to the service department as I'm waiting for the porter bring out the car I can see a bunch of quarters on the floor and my center consul is open when I always close it I realize they stole all my quarters in the center console over $20 worth as I Buy from the bank rolls of quarters and leave it there for parking meter I explained to the service department manger he said he could not do any thing BUNCH OF BS AT THIS DEALERSHIP

I was skeptical buying my first car and this was as good as it gets! Five enthusiastic stars for the Bay Ridge team ... from Kristina who answered the phone; to Bob my salesperson, Anthony the finance manager and Angel the owner. I called and asked if they could match a price I received at a dealership in MA (that was way lower than anything I had seen in the area). I called several dealerships in the area and Kristina at Bay Ridge was kind, knowledgeable and gave me direct, honest answers. I was still skeptical when I went to the dealership, thinking they told me one thing over the phone, to get me there and were going to tell me something different in person. It was a pleasure ... I walked in, the owner and salesperson both knew about my conversations with Kristina and treated me like gold; I went for a test drive and we made an easy deal with NO surprises! I went to pick up my car a few days later and Bob and Anthony were ready for me and I was in and out in 45 minutes. Everything and everyone was nice, helpful and kind, and best of all, I feel like I got a great deal on an awesome car.

The worst Jeep dealership in the area! Please don't waste your time to visit this dealership! I've been scheduled to test drive Grand Cherokee Altitude and had a confirmation that they do have the SUV I was interested at. When I got to the dealer I've been told that there is no trim I was looking for, but there is similar one. So I just wasted my time! Please don't waste your time with this very unprofessional dealer!

It was incredibly fast and efficient to purchase a vehicle, and the specialists there were friendly knowledgable, hospitable and patient. Especially our product specialist Rodrigue Popo, who not only got us a great deal on a used car, but with the insurance as well! I would highly recommend this dealership!

What they offer is lies and theft . The "car" you agree to and price is not what they put on paper work when you sit down with finance person . They try and put in car with different and subpar engine. They show one price online then a much higher price in dealership . If you want to get ripped off and lied to go for it . If not don't walk run to any other dealership.

He genuinely cared and wasn t just trying to get commission. I ll definitely be back to see argenis (the best salesman ever)and will definitely recommend to my friends and family to go there . My name is Kerry, and I would like to tell you my experience with FCA and the Dodge service shop in Bay Ridge 8635 18th Ave Brooklyn, NY 11214.
12/6/18 Dropped my car off to fix 4 recalls my vehicle looked brand new even though it s a 2015, and it was recently detailed.
12/11/18 Went to pick it up I found while my vehicle was in the shop someone drove it 91 miles (without my permission), it was filthy, and left with no gas in it, even though I bought it in with a full tank The vehicle is damaged as well, and I m sure my new parts was replaced with old parts.
12/11/18 Manager Philip and advisor Mike did not want to take ownership for what happen, in fact, Mike told me my vehicle never left the shop (even though I have proof - they even gave me paper work which proves it left the shop).
12/11/18 to present My vehicle is still at the shop (I refuse to take it, because as soon as I do they can say I m lying about what happened).
FCA will not handle the issue even though they re the headquarters. They tell me I have to deal directly with the shop I ask to speak to a Supervisor, and I m told the Supervisor isn t there, call back later.
In the meantime I m left with no Vehicle, and when I get it back it will have all kind of problems due to reading the 133 reviews on their site (please read the reviews)
Phil, Mike give me my vehicle back exactly the way I bought it in. that s all I ask.

Great Experience

I walked into bay ridge jeep after having a horrible experience with the worst possible sales person at a different dealership. Niki was our sales person and helped me from the minute I walked in. I told her what I was looking for and she answered all of my questions. Niki is very knowledgeable in the cars she sells, and by far the best sales person I have even encountered. Niki went out of her way to show us everything we wanted to look at and explore every option, and we wound up walking out with a second vehicle. Overall it was a great finish to my day of car shopping. Based on the first dealership I visited I had a grim feeling of visiting other dealers that day, but Niki turned that around from the minute I walked in. . The staff at Bay Ridge is by far the best staff of any other dealership.

Recently becoming fed up with going to Chrysler service department, I found a gem. I was having many issues for over a year. I had took in my vehicle multiple times to two other certified dealerships and all they said after leaving the vehicle by them for inspection on all my issues " No problem found " even after showing them clips demonstrating the trouble. Being beyond disgusted I gave it one last shot. I decided to take my vehicle to Chrysler of Bay Ridge where I met Mr. Solomon. He is truly a gentleman! We had went over my list of concerns and he explained to me it could not be done on a wait basis. I was planning a trip to Israel and would not be needing the vehicle. Mr. Solomon lives in my area and was able to pick my vehicle up to take it in for service. He kept me well informed while away. When I returned not only was the car finally fixed he even returned it to my house. Talk about A1 first class treatment. This man should have a bigger title then service advisor but I truly believe he's on his way to the top with his superior customer service skills. Thank you so much Mr. Solomon

I can definitely say purchasing my 1st car was a great experience thanks to this dealership. I initially went to "look" at a specific vehicle and ultimately ended up buying one. Ali, the salesman that helped me was super friendly and very patient. When I let him know what I was looking for and what my budget was, he took his time to help me. I had no idea how long the process took but 3 hours and a smile never left Ali's face. I have a few people looking to buy cars...I am definitely recommending this dealership & Ali to them!!

I've read some negative reviews on this place but was in disbelief because a few people i know from the nieighborhood that have actually gotten there cars from there and havent mentioned one badthing so my lease was up and decided to go there and honestly great service and staff i think people just dont get the deals they want sometimes and decide to bad talk buisnesses i give this place 5 stars and also to my salesman Bremen just ask for him when you go there A+ salesman :)

Overall experience was great. This is the second time I m dealing with Bob on a lease at Chrysler Jeep Bay Ridge. He was able to get the 2019 Pacifica with more bells and whistles than I requested. This was a pleasant surprise. Bob is very professional and great to deal with. Communication was very good with him.

Anthony in finance was very efficient and worked with me on pricing to include extra damage coverage on my lease.

Veronica from the Allstate insurance was fantastic. She was able to get me a better insurance package for my car and renters insurance at a lower price from Geico.

This is the worst customer service repair shop in Brooklyn..... they force parts on you that you don t need ..... I purchased a purge valve there but before I paid I asked them if this isn t the right part can I bring it back they assured me yes... now come to find out I don t need it and I go to return it and they tell me they can t take it back .... I ask to speak to the manager they tell me to come back tomorrow because he s busy.... save yourself the headache and go elsewhere

If I could give this place no stars I would. The atmosphere is horrible felt like I was in a cave. Walked in was the only customer no one wanted to help me. Just some lady with curly hair who was the manager just yelling at a worker there. Was never greeted one of the sales people said you take him I m not taking him and just walked out after hearing that. Ended up just going to jersey and buying my Jeep. STAY FAR AWAY!

These people are absolute criminals. They sell me a car and extras. They deliver on the car, but with several warning lights on upon delivery that were not on during the test drive. I am being charged for the service. They sell me on extras from a 3rd party and when the 3rd party doesn't deliver they give me excuses and none of my money back. Now I am out $2600 stolen dollars. I will be filing an official report on Monday to make sure these criminals get what is coming to them.

I went to inquire about getting into my first car. I was really nervous about the entire process because I'm inexperienced but then I met, Jennifer. She made the process nice and easy. Took me on a test drive in 3 used cars and made it fun. During the test drives she connected my phone and showed me how to use Siri eyes and at laughed and joked asking Siri silly questions. She showed me a lot of features in a short time and made the experience something to talk about. I think all the employees are great but she made my day with Siri eyes. Great place to get a great deal. I'm a very happy customer. Thank you Jennifer for making my experience memorable. Anthony Burke was great too, he was my finance manager and I felt no pressure when I signed my contracts. I will be back for my best car and will recommend my friends and family.

My wife and I leased a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 75th Edition through Bob Abdellaoui. He was extremely helpful and patient with us. We walked in without an appointment, yet we were seen right away. He asked what we were looking for and took us on a test drive. He explained all of the features of the car and the different trims and additional features that we can add. He was able to get us a GREAT deal on our lease that was better than a friend of ours got at another dealership. We really liked that he was honest and straightforward with us. It was my first time purchasing a car and I had an overall great experience. Sam Cruz was my sales consultant. He was very patient, polite and helpful. Offered all around great service. Took the time to go over my options and details of the vehicle. Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and patient. I also want to add that the ladies, Destiny and Chasity (in the Allstate office located at the dealership) were also very helpful. I will definitely be recommending people looking to buy a new or used car to go see Sam Cruz.

Update to my review: DO NOT and I mean DO NOT go to buy your car here. Worst experience ever. I have been going every month (it's been 8 months now since I bought the car) to the service department since I purchased my vechicle with issues. They lied to me when I bought it. They showed me a carfax report that showed no damages come to find out months later the car I bought has been hit two times in the front and my bumper is falling off. I have trying to get somwoken to help me but every time I call I get the run around and the person I speak to end up quitong a few weeks later. Never again would I buy a car from this place. I'm calling Coorprate and reporting them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

Their customer service reach out to us to help restore our confidence in the Jeep brand. My wife and I did not like the way we were treated during the leasing process and customer service stepped in to assure us that our satisfaction was their number 1 priority. I hope this trend continues as the car itself is awesome, but their sales department can use some help to restore my confidence in them.

Update 11/13: After leaving a negative review, a "Claudia" from customer service reached out, 3 weeks after I bought a Jeep there, to me to inquire why I was unhappy with BRCJDR. I proceed to inform this person as to the awful experience I had with their Sales department. I was promised a year free maintenance over the phone in exchange for a more "favorable" review. I made an appointment with the service center for an oil change and now this "Claudia" doesn't exist. Avoid this place at all cost!!!#

Horrible service, car went in for a recall, and an airbag light. Told me it would be 2-3 hours. Ended up being three days. I was kept in the dark the whole time. If you call to see what's going on and when you can expect it to be done they say they will call you back in 5 minutes and never do. I will never bring my Jeep there again.

Once the car leaves the dealer, their team will not help you. We leased a Jeep compass and within 6 months the car started to have trouble. The repair shop will find all sorts of excuse to say the parts are NOT covered by warranty. They will also charge you $150 just to look at the car. DON'T buy JEEP from this dealer.

We had an overall great experience, absent the high pressure that we feel at many car dealerships. Cisco and Charis, the salespeople were attentive and accommodating. Danny, the sales manager was able to come up with a lease price that we were happy with. Jeff, the finance manager got us the low payment that helped us get into the lease that we desired. Although he presented options, he did not try to pressure sell warrantees or alarm systems. Over all, leasing at Giuffre was a pleasurable experience. They are a dealership that we will return to and recommend.

I visited 2 dealerships at the same day', Saturday afternoon.
As I was impressed with professionalism of Honda dealers, as I was dissatisfied with this C-D-J-R-F place.
By reading other revues, my impression is that I met wrong person.
However, I had chance to speak with salesperson and her manager.
My impression is that lady manager is the least professional and the most arrogant person. She even did not bother to introduce herself.
You probably expect to hear from the manager , " Hello, my name is ..., How can I help you?". Not in my case. " I am a manager", just what I heard.
Probably, for those who ready to pay $$$$, this right place.
But for a person with modest budget, not that young, NO, NOT HERE.
I am not young, and not going to impress my neighbor with modern view, elegance, and horsepower. Instead, I am looking for reliability, comfort, and decent price.
It seems that dealers either don't hear their customers, or hear in very a specific way.
Are you ready to buy now, right away? No? Fill the application form( and go away). Hesitate to fill the form? Lady manager tears this damn application in front of your face. I probably as twice old as she is. No respect. Arrogance. Unacceptable attitude.

I am truck driver and this is my first car i ever ...

I am truck driver and this is my first car i ever buy and sales person Ammar Tous make the process for me so simple and so easy when he explain everything to me and my wife, he even make my wife comfortable because before i buy car she say no 100 times to me. Ammar got me brand new car, for payment i can afford that was good for me and my wife and this is first time i ever do insurance. They wanted $829.00 for me, Ammar call 7 insurance company in front of me and got it down to $433.38 for a first time driver. Before everyone tell me car dealers are all liars and want all my money, but not Ammar. He get me the exact car, color and he help me pay less than what i want for car payment plus insurance. I recommend all my friends and family to Bay ridge Chrysler Dodge Jeep because of how they treat you like family !!!

Their internet promotion was not a teaser to get me in the door. Jose Rivera checked on the stock and the car I wanted was indeed on their lot. Worth the trip into Brooklyn for this very courteous, very service oriented dealership. The best experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle.

Really great service, my last few visits for service wasn t the best but Courtney assured that it only gets better with the new team that s on board. He definitely did. Great laid back manager and friendly workers with smiles on their faces and that made me really comfortable knowing they enjoyed doing what they do. Will definitely be returning. THANK YOU

My experience with Bay ridge jeep service was horrible! There are NO ONE who is trying or willing to help. If you need an emergency service and your car is "dead" on the highway, they wont take you without appointment because they are booked for 3 weeks ahead! Really? Worst customer service ever!

I was extremely pleased with my lease from Bay Ridge Jeep. I shopped around before going here obviously, and they worked with me to get me the best deal and to satisfy my wifes crazy color options. They were extremely friendly and the manager I dealt with seems wise beyond her years. Stephanie was a pleasure to deal with - she seems to manage a hundred things at the same time but completes every task with grace and pleasure. Stephanie worked the numbers one on one with me - explained my options with my upfront costs and was sure to help me each step of the way. I would recommend any one who goes there to work with her. I will be back for my next lease and I'll make use of their referral program as well.

I have to say this dealership may have mix reviews, but i guess it all depends on who you get... Best advice i can give anyone is make sure you ask for RICK TORRES !!!!!!!!! I can't stress it enough.

As soon as you enter the door, ASK for RICK TORRES!!!!!!!

He was very friendly, considerate, patient and attentive. He did not make me feel pressured into making a deal, and gave me space to think through my options. He was helpful in every aspect from knowing the details of each car to insurance info. Throughout the few days it took to sign a deal, he even took the time to follow up with me and let me know exactly what steps I needed to take next.

He made it a point to understand my financial situation and worked with me to get me the best package deal for the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. Unlike a lot of car salesmen, he did not BS me about what I could I get, what options are in the vehicle, etc.

I am extremely happy with the car I drove away with, and the price I paid.

I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy/lease a car. I already recommended him to my own family members.

I had a wonderful experience with this dealership. I traded my Durango in for a upgraded(well downgraded in size) to Jeep. I was unsure of what model and features I was looking for in the Jeep. My salesman was Moe who was patience and professional with me and my wife. As we made out new purchase. Once we were done we told him my step-father want to by a new Durango it s funny cause that weekend we end up going back a purchasing a new Durango for him... So thank to CDJR of Bay ridge and Especially to you Moe for the help... we ll definitely purchase here again in the future.

Misrepresentation, misinformation, and a majorly disrespectful display of disregard for other people's time. We tried on two occasions to plan a visit to this dealer to see a specific model that we were interested in. On both occasions, Nicki (I also spoke to one girl who pretended to be Nicki, but wasn't) promised that for our appointments, we would have the cars we wanted to see on the lot. We were CLEAR, repeatedly that we don't want to waste our time. Well, both times there were zero cars on the lot. This is a dealership of drop-outs with a 1980's gumba mentality of 'tell them whateva they wanna hear...just get 'em down here, and then you can close da deal'. Really?? In 2014 this is still how bozos conduct business. Fahgettabout it! WASTE OF TIME. Go to Manhattan.

Bought a new Jeep Cherokee Limited from Bay Ridge Chrysler Jeep, Bob Abdel was my salesperson and he helped me with all the paper work and showed me how to use my new car.
Bob Abdel, Steve the manager were very helpful and accommodating, they even paid my remaining lease payment on my old ford.

We had a really great experience here! Our family has grown, so we came in just to look originally and everyone we encountered was extremely friendly and professional. As you can imagine, deciding to purchase a new car is a big decision, so we wanted to make sure everything was right before saying yes. We worked with Argenis who was extremely patient, answered all of our questions, and never made us feel pressured. He made sure we got what we wanted at a price we were comfortable with. They even took the time to move all of the things from my old car into the new one. We felt taken care of at this dealership and are very happy with our purchase. Would recommend to a friend.

Seeing other reviews, my experience was not consistent with the negative feedback, so going in we had low expectations.
Our backstory: We went in knowing what we were looking for, and had been contacted by BRCJD with a true car bid through consumer reports. Theirs was the best bid, and after scheduling a test drive, we decoded to pull the trigger. They didn't have the color we were looking for so they tried to locate a car for us. It took a while and there were communications breakdowns along the way, but every representation or claim made by our sales rep was fair and straightforward. They honored the bid price and other than coordination issues the process was relatively smooth.
I think your experience will vary based on how set you are in what you're looking for and who you deal with. We dealt with Matt and would recommend him to anyone looking at this location. Mark as well, while he can be blunt and quick, was very helpful. Although the process was not very explicitly spelled out along the way, everyone was very receptive to instructing what each next step would be when asked.
Overall I'm a satisfied customer.

Don t go to this place or deal with a guy named moe they are no help! Said they couldn t help went to the Jeep dealer in bayside queens and left with a lease. On top of that they ran my credit without permission said they can do a estimate which was a lie. This dealership is unprofessional.
