Great service! I had my lens and sensor dusty. They have cleaned everything in 1 hour for 830 rupees! Camera looked like new again! Fantastic service!

One of the finest service center of Delhi, with such a prompt service and their charges are reasonable. And they repaired my Nikon DSLR camera so well.

I went there for service of my Nikon camera. Service team was prompt and attended me well. I was completely satisfied with the servicing of the camera.

Best place to learn about photography well mannered staff

Nikkon is selling cameras with faulty batteries, hence not giving any warranty on accessories. Bought Nikon Camera 5-6 months back and batteries were faulty since beginning. It was not giving any backup and from last month, it stopped charging completely. Went to Nikon only to know that they don't offer any services on accessories.

Friendly staff with technicians available at site. I found repair charges a bit on higher side.

Nikon india service centre.is situated on the main road, hv car parking facility but always full,. Bike can be park easily, karol bagh metro station is also near by.

Staff desk are very supportive. They charges Rs 300 for inspection of product.

Went for Sensor and Lens Cleaning .... The atmosphere was very Good and Staff was very cooperative. I remember when i gave my camera it was full of Dust , spot were clear visible on clicked images and the time of receiving the camera it was very clean like Brand Net and Images are coming very clean and sharp ( No spot in images ).

Visit here ONLY if you're camera is in warranty. Pathetic place with pathetic technicians. I would have never bought Nikon if I had known about it's after sales service. They charge exorbitantly high amount for repairs. And there is a good possibility that they'll make the camera worse as it happened in my case.

I visited the place to attend a training workshop on Basics of DSLR. The training as well as the place was very good.

Staff executive was good enough to understand my camera issue, also explained the reason in detail as well. The camera got mended earlier than the expected time. Quick response n cooperation from the company is the matter of appreciation.

They didn't help for Old Model Cameras , Just Call them Before visit for service

Nice waiting area with lots of photography magazines on the table., Front Desk staff is Professional and has helping attitude. Nikon related issues can be best sorted at this place.

I attended a basic photography workshop there. It was very informative and I learnt so many things about digital photography.

Worst experience

It has been an awesome experience with Nikon School. I have seen lot of videos on YouTube to learn. I'm not going to compare it but trust me once you do it practical, concepts will be more clear. Special thanks to trainer "Pratyush", who really helped us to understand a lot of things in less period of time. He has to extend an hour for queries. Staff nemebers are awesome and very helpful. Waiting for another session.

Best place and representatives are awesome in behaviour .. prise is tooo high but if u want better service you have to pay this... i tried to convince them to do some private atuff to my damaged camera but integrity was high on them and the reflectivly denied ... awesome ..

But pla dont ever clean and waste money ... not always fungus would the couse just trap to earn some money

Hi I m a tourist and had issues with my Z7. Made a quick trip to the Nikon centre and they helped me immediately. 10 stars. Saved my last day in delhi. So helpful and they taught me a thing or two about my camera!

Nice and excellent camera store in Delhi. They are very helpful and hospitality. It's very convenient to reach by metro. Get down ar Karol Bagh metro station and three to four minutes walk. It is in front of metro pillar no 120. Good luck for people.

The staff was courteous. Waited patiently to check the issue.
