Bay-ridge chrys, jeep, dodge service; Review

Just leased and new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and could not be happier. I had the pleasure of dealing with Bob Abdellaoui and Jim Greco and they were fantastic. The beat two other dealers I visited by a mile and they were knowledgeable and professional. This is the second vehicle I've leased from Bay Ridge Jeep and I will never go anywhere else and nor should you.

Went there to purchase a used vehicle. Salesperson Yuri.. fast talker and not to ethical in his practices, also not skilled in his bull s*** stories, wanted to make a few extra $$$ with some bogus service charges.

Before yesterday I ve had bad experiences. Yesterday Camil and Breman totally set my mind at ease. Very friendly and helpful and took great care of me. My next car I will defiantly be going back.

Highly recommend this dealership everything was up to par as far as their Service goes . The gentleman who helped me with what i needed Anthony Stewart a very remarkable employee who helped me with everything i needed and i was in and out of there . Please check them out !

I recently dropped off my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee to the service center for a ripped fuel line. The service agent I spoke to Stephon is a complete gentleman and professional. He greeted me as soon as I walked in and was courteous and accommodating. I explained to him the issue I was having and he took the car on the spot without giving me any run around or excuses as to why the car couldn't be taken that day without an appointment. I couldn't be happier with my experience with Stephon and the Bay Ridge Jeep service center. I will definitely be bringing my car back for all of its future maintenance and will definitely be requesting Stephon to be my service advisor!

My experience at the bayridge Jeep dealership has been wonderful! Bob has been not only the most professional salesperson but also informative and helpful with the lease process! I highly recommend dealing with him and this dealership!

I went to this dealership and walked out with a better deal than i was offered at 3 others dealerships. My salesman Ali was courteous and understanding and made sure all my demands were met. The finance guy Anthony took the time to explain everything and the Manager Angel even came over to thank me for my business. I will be back and highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for an honest buy!!!

Had a good experience trading in my 2015 leased Jeep Grand Cherokee for a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The issue is that it is over 1 month after the deal now and the dealership still has not paid the balance on the 2015 leased vehicle, meaning both cars are in my name and the previous loan is past due and this affects my credit history. Getting some runaround so far and this is very messed up. Been on the phone with loan company and now tracking down sales rep. Hope this is cleared up soon or they don't deserve anyone's business if this is intentional. Beware deals where they offer to buy out the last month or two of your lease. I literally had 1 payment left, should have waited one more month.

3/22/18: I've spoken to the general manager, customer relations person, sales rep and still not getting anywhere. It's been 6 weeks since I traded in my 2015 leased Jeep and they still have not bought out from the leasing company. They keep telling me not to worry about this, but when I tell them I have been reported as a delinquent on my credit report they don't know what to say. So now I have 2 cars in my name and the dealership is in no rush to complete the deal because they already made the profit when they got me to lease a new vehicle.

Can't even get them to follow up with me, as I'm sure I'm not a priority for them. When I have to take out a loan in the future this is going to cost me money. Google this online and you will see dozens of articles about shady dealerships that do this at the customer's cost.

When I first spoke to them, all they wanted from me is to change my review to 5 stars or take it down... Buyer beware.

We recently got a mini van Chrysler Pacifica and our sales person Argenis was great, very professional and very responsive and he even brought the car to us in Pennsylvania
He drove all the way from NYC to our house in Allentown and then offered to come to my office for me to sign the paperwork so that I don t take time off and continue to see my patients. Superb customer service!

I'm just another disappointed never to be again customer of this dump!!!

Omggg from the receptionist Leslie to Melissa from the BDC dept. Everyone was great and friendly. I traded my Honda Civic for a Chrysler 300 and I loveeeeeee it!!

I shopped around all the Brooklyn dealerships and each one seemed worse than the other but bay ridge Chrysler jeep really come through. They offered me a great low price from the start and kept their promise. I recommend Jim Lopez as he is a great friendly and knowledgeable sales person and really tries to get you the deal you want. Great experiences at this dealership. Low interest rates and payments. Sam Cruz is my sales consultant & does a great job at meeting my transporation needs.

I stopped in and spoke with Rod. He was really helpful. He took his time showing me what preowned cars were available. It didn t take long for him to help me find a car that I am very very happy with.

I'm glad to say that I traveled from Jersey to go to an honest and reliable dealership. After speaking to Farhan, I scheduled an appt. to come in and test drive a particular truck I was looking for. I have to say that my salesman Breman was friendly, prepared, and knowledgeable, which is also rare these days. This must have been the first time I went to a dealership where the numbers promised to me over the phone, did not change once we arrived and the Manager Angel even came over to thank us for our business. Needless to say, I am now a loyal customer and felt the need to post a review so everyone knows that there are dealerships out there where you will leave happy and satisfied!!!!!

Found the Jeep of my dreams for a great price online and submitted a request. I was contacted by Vanessa who told me they still had the Cherokee Trailhawk I was interested in. Sam Cruz took my wife and I on a great test drive and didn't mind when we accidentally went over the Verazano bridge. Sam's genuine personality and positive attitude really made me happy I traveled over 2 bridges to Bay Ridge. I would absolutely return and do business again because of my experience. He threw in a few goodies to make our first purchase even sweeter and even took off the Verazano toll off the cost of the Jeep.

I came in to the dealership not sure if i wanted to purchase because ive had bad experiences with other dealers, but i was welcomed by Argenis and from there it was nothing but smooth sailing. 100% satisfied with my new compass!!

Please do not waste your time at this dealerships service shop located at 8635 18th Avenue, Brooklyn. They will charge you after leaving your car there for 2 weeks and say that they could not fix it and they do not know what the problem is. They will lie directly to your face when telling you what is wrong with your vehicle because they clearly have no idea about what they are doing here. If i could give them NO STARS I would and i am reporting them to Department of Motor Vehicles.

Dealt with the sales consultant Argenis Pujols and he got me a very solid deal for my Challenger SXT Plus. Competed with numbers from various leasing companies and got me settled with a great lease price. Looking forward to doing future business here!

I recently purchased a vehicle from Bayridge Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. I actually walked in thinking it was the Ford dealership and wasn't in the market for a Jeep vehicle. The salesman Eric approached me and asked me what I was looking for, what payments I could afford, If I had a trade in, etc. He took me to the back to show me inventory and I saw a car that I liked that was exactly what I was looiking for. I told him I don't need to bells and whistles all I really wanted was a sunroof. He went to the back and had a conversation with his manager and came back with a deal I couldn't resist. He was able to keep me in my price range and offer me a brand new 2016 vehicle that had my Sunroof and more. I couldn't believe it! He really went above and beyond for me. My other big concern was insurance. I would now have 2 vehicles that require full coverage and I know how expensive that could be. They have an Allstate agent name Angel right on sight that will take care of your insurance needs. I met with him and didn't have faith that he would be able to get me coverage that I could afford and I had to wait till the following day to find out what the coverage would be. The following day he calls and tells me he has great news. When he told me the price he was able to get for full coverage for me and my husband. I was in total disbelief. No one I told could believe it. He really worked every angle to keep our insurance within a reasonable rate. My experience at this dealership was great from beginning to end. Everyone that I had to meet with to complete the sale of this car was so nice and helpful from management right back down. They really worked with me to give me what I want and make sure I left happy and I did.

Before I went to Bay Ridge Jeep , I was so NERVOUS!!!! Being a single female I was weary of salesmen trying to take advantage of me . When I arrived there , Sam Cruz greeted me with respect and a smile. He was a very good listener and knew exactly what I needed. Worst dealership ever I highly suggest people not to go in there, I left a deposit there for a Dodge Charger and the deal didn't work out they said they going to refund the money if it don't work out. It's been 3 months still waiting everytime I call them they say they checking. I'll just have to take my lawyer there I guess. Please find a better dealer do not go in there.

Do not buy from here if you plan on buying a used vehicle with an appointment made.

The dealership failed to contact me about their selling of a vehicle I had inquired about. I understand that customers may be able to pay for the vehicle before my appointment and that is understandable.

However, what is unacceptable is abssense of a follow up call or an alert message saying that the car had been sold. It s not a huge deal, but I did get up early on my day off and drive in an hour and a half of traffic and pay two tolls just for then to turn me away. They did not have anything comparable at the price point. Finally, when I arrived, I did not even find myself in a Chrysler Jeep dodge dealership, rather some other dealership that they said just ask for nick and when I asked for nick who was still opening up the store upon arrival, he s like who sent you?

Waist of time.

I had an amazing experience at this dealership. They were extremely accommodating and willing to do whatever it took in order to help me with my situation! Camille and Shaban were incredibly patient and easy to work with. By far my best experience at a car dealership. If you re looking for a Dodge, Jeep, or Chrysler and live near by make sure you buy your car here, you won t be disappointment!

Walked away with a beautiful car. I was helped by Mark. He was paitent and took the time to try to find the car for me. Had to have it sourced and transported in from another dealership. Car had some issues and is in the process of being corrected now. Overall not a bad experience.

Man these people have no respect! Walked in to get an estimate of what I'd be paying for a car I was interested in. They got so mad and agitated that I would not be purchasing a car that same day. The guy was disrespectful and stormed off when I tried to shake his hand and thank him for his time. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OR RETURN!

I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for service today. William Ramos was excellent, very friendly, very knowledgable, provided great advice and suggestions for maintenence without pushing anything down my throat. Service was completed within an hour, when I had expected to wait for a couple hours. All in all the best service appointment I've had in a very long time. Will definately look to William and the team at Bay Ridge Jeep for future service needs.

Awful dealership. They lied to me countless times about how much things would cost, told me I couldn't transfer plates and tried to bully me into getting a a jeep in a color I didn't want. So glad I went somewhere else to get my jeep and ended up getting more for lower monthly payments.

I had to give them a star for persistence. After making an appointment to see the car and speaking with the manager and letting them know I'm on my way, I get there and the idiot tells me the owner is driving the car around. I drove a hour and $20 in tolls for these morons to tell me this and to come back tomorrow after the owner stops joy riding the car. They are a total waste of time. I should have known better. That's exactly why you deal with real dealerships. Not these jokesters. Stay away and don't waste your time. There out beating on the fast cars before they sell them to you. Beware!!!

Had a wonderful experience with Bob this past week went on Wednesday for a lease return and he was quick and efficient. He was able to get me in and out of the dealership on both purchase and delivery day without one hassle. I will be using him again.

Gave them 2 attempts. They prey on uninformed buyers and lose interest once they realize that you did your homework.

The Service dept sucks. I went there for a simple oil change and the advisor had mentioned to me it will only take an hour and I end up been there for over four hours.

Awful! Customer service sucks!!! No one acknowledges you when you walk in. I waited 40 minutes for a sales person. They pass right by you without greeting. It's like you are invisible. I sat in and felt about 3 different cars. I was anxious to get going and make my purchase. They didn't even notice how many doors I opened and closed. Horrible experience. Never felt so ignored.

I purchased a Jeep wrangler back in April 2014. My problem is not with the Jeep it is with this dealership! When buying my Jeep I had a Honda that came due on a lease. When i agreed on a purchase price they said to leave the Honda there for convenience and they would bring back to honda. 3 months later I get a call from Honda asking me if I had any intentions on returning this car! Because they were going to report it stolen! Trying to call Bay Ridge Jeep chrysler over and over again they kept putting us off until we stood in the show room making a scene just so we could get there attention and find this car that the had all along. The problem gets worse! It takes another month for Honda to get there car back. I get a final bill from Honda that is for $1369.37. I call Bay Ridge Jeep AND HERE WE GO AGAIN! Phone games never end They claim to have called Honda and taken care of it all but after we called Honda to insure they have called they said nothing has been done from the Bay Ridge Dealership. My Credit has taken a 50 point loss because Bay Ridge Jeep has not done there JOB. I called the Corporate office and they had gotten somebody on the phone and put me through to them and they knew my name and my problem and promised that is was all being taken care of. If this is not resolved by Tuesday the September 2nd My Lawyer Mr. Cohen will be sure to take of this!!! Look to the future for how this horrible story has ended.
AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COST!!!

My family and I recently leased a car from jeep of bay ridge because a family member highly recommended Ali as a the best salesman. He did not disappoint. He was patient, knowledgeable and friendly, which made the experience such a pleasure. We never felt pressured or rushed to make a decision. His customer service was the main reason we decided to lease the car. Salespeople in any business should read The New Strategic Selling. It explains the notion of a win/win deal and how that is the only deal/relationship that will ever work beyond the very short term. I don't know if Sam Cruz at BayRidge CJD has read this book but he practices its teachings - as I believe I walked out of there today with a win/win deal.

Sam asked several questions up front, listened closely, and then directed the conversation around everything I needed and nothing I didn't need. The process was so efficient that an hour after my first ever visit to this dealership I walked out with a fair lease deal on a Ram 1500 pickup - and that included a test drive. That's largely because Sam knows the inventory and current deals inside and out and didn't have to hunt through websites, inventory lists or ask his colleagues - he knows it.

Sam talks you like you're a reasonable person - and he's a reasonable person. Highly recommended.
