Worse place to deal with. Management never calls you back and leaves you with a bitterness.
Traded car in payoff on old car and deposit was all set then a nightmare begins. Car I bought was not serviced oil change light came on next morning alignment way off worse yet they had no key for locking lugs. Well that was cleared up after spending 2 Saturdays there. Now I get call from my old car financial dept saying I owe $358 dollars on my payoff that they received a payment amount for $8507 but my payoff amount was $8856. I called and was told manager would call me back.by 6 pm. Never called I called back said manager will call you by noon next day didn't happen he was not available still hasn't called now it's time to just go legal I guess. They suck avoid this dealership at all cost. You'll get screwed

Today we decided to go to the bay ridge jeep dealer. Not thinking we would walk out with a car, we met Moe and he actually got to know the customer and understand the customers perspective. We told him about the two cars we wanted and he told us his honest opinion. I have to say his one of the best dealers I've ever met. Finally after everything he m as de it work and we got our dream car! Never have been happier. I HIGHLY recommend the bay ridge jeep dealer especial Moe.

Terrible experience. We made an appointment for a test drive a few days in advance. When we showed up, we were informed that "there were no license plates available" and that it would be at least 45 minutes" until they had one. When we suggested coming back after visiting another dealership down the street, and asked if we could leave our car parked there, we were told no. Shortly thereafter, while we were deciding what to do and looking around, a woman with long hair (the manager?) came out and said they likely "would not have any plate at all that day." On a Saturday. Really? So no one can test drive? We went down the street to Honda, were treated very well, and bought a new car.

Never ever again! Guys, the salemen of ths dealership are rude, ignorant and not happy to meet clients. They lie! They threaten, if you start pushing them to do what they must do.
I would advise the sales manager Chris Mignano to be more selective when he forms his sales department.
Our friend had a test drive appointment for a certain time. He came in on time. The agent who made his appointment by phone was absent. The other lady she referred to was not in as well. A sweaty guy said (lied) that his appointment had to be yesterday- which is lie- and so on..In 40 minutes our friend left this dealership with "never ever" exclamations. Terrible service.
The same thing happenned to me in April. Rude, inattractive and inattentive people. A girl on front desk was chatting with her (probabaly) boyfriend on the company phone and paid no attention at me.

So went Thur the whole process. Got a monthly payment of 525. Switch insurance. Got approved for loan. Waited to days for car to arrive at dealership. On the day of pick up. While on my way to pick up my new Jeep. I get a phone call. That the ladies up stairs out the same rebate in twice. So I can t no longer get my car. At that payment. Car will be over 800 dlrs. Never in my life have I had a Situation like this I have numerous cars from different dealership this is insane. I m very disappointed in bay ridge Jeep.

I called parts department for a spare tire, jack, lug nut wrench and whatever else comes with the kit that does not come with a brand new Dodge Pro master City. The guy answers Parts like he is doing you a favor answering the phone. No hello, nod doge parts just Parts. I explain what I need no hold on no 1 second please he just keeps talking to whoever is in front of him at the moment. After 5 min of listening to his conversation I tried to get his attention and nothing so I hung up. This is the only bad experience I have had with this dealership. The sales staff was extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The parts department should take a lesson from them!!!

Moe is our sales rep. He is charming, well informed and efficient. His knowledge about his product is encouraging to me, the buyer. Moe was also helpful on the pros and cons of buying vs leasing. My wife and I read the negative reviews but i overlooked them because buying a car with these bucket shop type sales people is never a good experience. This place is horrible.I wouldn't refer them to anyone. They wouldn't provide us with basic information during the process and finally after 4 request we got it. . I only received 1 key for the car and they promised us we would get another key. Now they won't provide because they say it was not in the written agreement. DON'T GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! My father purchased a Dodge Cargo Van and has had problems with it since the first week he got it. We have contacted the dealership to speak with the salesman and they said he no longer works there... The van has transmission problems and they have refused to do anything about it. They claim there's nothing wrong with the car but they don't live with it and don't understand how dangerous it is to be driving the van. We aren't asking for anything than a vehicle that drives and functions properly but STAY AWAY FROM THEM! I'm definitely going to be bringing them to court...

These guys are great. Walked in and spoke with Ralph and he helped me through everything. Took me a couple tries due to my own situation but he didn t give up on me and got me on the road. Ralph made sure that even after I got the car, I had the right tools in mind to keep things on the right track so nothing goes wrong. Everyone here is awesome. Argenus also assisted and helped me through the process as well to make sure I was not disappointed. The team work and family like environment there is great. I truly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to get a car whether it s your first or not. Great place.

Stay away from this con artist dealership. The most unprofessional sales people and managers. Especially stay away from the sales guy Ralph. He is an incompetent clown. First he pulls an unrealistic price out of the sky promising to get the car you want. He pressures you for a deposit and then disappears. When you finally get a hold of him he tells you the car you want is unavailable. He tries to push a different car on you. He has the nerve to text unprofessionally at 11pm. He is nasty and rude. The way he speaks on the phone is no wonder he cant make a sale. He promises to get you a more expensive car for the initial price but obviously those prices are not valid once you start showing interest. The car he supposedly was unable to find was available on many lots in the tri-state are. This dealership just never intended to actually get it. Not only did we lose money having to extend our current lease because Ralph get stalling but we had to fight to even get our deposit back. The staff are all rude and always have an attitude. Manager promises to call back but that never happens. STAY AWAY!!!! Go to Staten Island instead or any other Jeep dealership. When we went to other Jeep dealerships and told them what happened they laughed because they knew Bayridge Jeep is always creating some kind of schemes to put customers on the spot.

There was no rushing at all. They took all the necessary time until i was satisfied on the deal.

Went in to check on a used car. When asking about ...

Went in to check on a used car. When asking about fees was given a dismissive response. Turns out they try and get the most they can out of you. Online price, window price, and actual price are all different. They charge a "preparation" fee for used vehicles, which in this case was almost 30% of the price it was being listed for. How can that be? The second I called them out for this shady tactic, the salesperson attitude changed completely. Not only does it not indicate this anywhere, but the second I walked in and showed the salesperson the online listing, shouldn't they have said "this does not include a several thousand dollar fee?" Then they made it seem like I was wasting their time, ha! To show how ridiculous they are, the salesperson admitted that someone walking in without looking at the online price would be paying an extra $6k for "not doing their homework." Tack on their BS "preparation fee" and they are selling a used car with 50k miles for the same price as a 2017 no mileage car! Found the same car at another dealership (in better condition) for $5k less than what it would have cost me here with no shady fees. Treat all your customers the same whether they buy new or used, it is not our fault no one wants to buy a $70k jeep Cherokee.

I went in expecting to purchase a used vehicle. I didn't even want to consider a new vehicle thinking it was out of my price range. Argenis Pujols took the time to give me all of my options and was never pushy. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. I highly recommend Argenis Pujols. It was worth the hour drive to get there.

I have never been given so much Attention at a dealership. Jeniffer Valesquez is on point. She understans the business and adapts to the needs of her customers. All my questions were answered acurately and no iceing.

It was a wonderful experience. I appreciate her honesty and diligence in ensuring my visit was worth every minute spent with her.

ironically enough i'm reading all of these horrible reviews after the fact.. I would like to condone to the negativity.. DO NOT GO THERE!!
First, i was scheduled an appointment by a sales rep who was off on the day of the appointment.. (MAKES NO SENSE AT ALL)..
Regardless i still went, and what a mistake that was. If you are looking at preowned cars and their prices, YOU ARE WAISTING YOUR TIME.. The sales rep himself told me that these cars are up there to sucker people into the facility.. How shameful is that.. The "BOSS" who seems like an angry russian, told his sales rep (my sales rep at the moment) "Dont bother me, i don't care what you're selling, get someone else to help you" what a PRICK.. Moving forward i was curiouse to see the outcome of the whole deal so entertained the transaction until the end.

I was interested in buying a dodge charger which had a sticker price for 6,995. After everything was said and done and my old car was appraised. The total they wanted for the car was 12,000 and change.. DO THE MATH!! They're crooks and they are looking for dummies.. DON'T BE THE ONE!!

I kinda felt bad for my sales rep considering he was new and knew nothing.. No one would help him and he must of ran back and forth 100 times (literally), just to get yelled at and degrated by his boss. I manage a business and i would never treat my folks like that. Happy employees=happy customers.. NOW i can see why everyone that has anything to do with that place is miserable.. Hope this helps..

We bought a Chrysler Town and Country here this past year. I give a rating of 2 stars because I believe we got a decent quality car. But we also walked away feeling like we were not dealt with truthfully. We were handed the wrong carfax report at first (wrong year for the car we were buying) and pointed out the mistake and got the "correct" one. I didn't verify the vin number on the second one because this time it looked like the right vehicle. Looking through report, I was satisfied and after negotiating a price, which also felt like I was being handled, we decided to go ahead and get it. They took that carfax report away. When we signed the papers I asked for my own copy of the report, which the financial person got for me. This second report came from a different company than the first report entirely. I know now, but I didn't look at it right away. I got home to find that it had been in an accident. I do not believe that information was on the first report. Also, while still on the lot I pointed out some small damage and they said that was an easy thing and would give us a "We-Owe" so they would take care of it. They never did. I've called them and the repair center several times and each time get very pleasant and positive answers but still it has never been taken care of. I don't trust this dealer enough that I would return in the future.
All things considered I am consoled by the fact that the car seems to be a good vehicle and so far I am satisfied with that.

I wish I read the reviews before I walked in the store!!!!!!!!!! Wanted to get my dream car, I was promised so many things inside the car and not only by words, everything is on the paper. Everything was going perfect until they got $4,000 deposit from me. Salespeople that I was dealing with stared to disappear, new salespeople didn't want to deal with me and said they couldn't do anything about it even though everything was on PAPER!!!! I can't even describe what I been though with this store for months and by the end of the day I had to PAY MORE MONEY to shops to install me all the missing parts that I was PROMISED AND PAID FOR. I can really recommend everybody one thing STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Surprisingly enough, the best time for me and my family was signing the bank paperwork. The finance guy Anthony had my entire family crying laughing. I never had so much fun buying car! I visited this dealership with a price in mind and a price to compare between a quote the flatbush dealership gave me, I don't remember the sales person's name but I gave him a price to compare and they couldn't get a similar offer and gave me a higher price without the auto parking feature which is okay but then the sales person was looking at me like I was stupid and asked me why I was going to leave then told me the other deal didn't exist. I ended up going to garden city and got what I wanted with a lower price overall with a higher down on the lease.

Great experience from the start. Sapphire was very helpful and set up the appointment for me. I then met with Ali, my sales consultant. He was awesome. He listened to what kind of vehicle I wanted and showed me the perfect car. Ali was super attentive and didn't make me feel pressured at all to buy (which we all know is a horrible feeling). I decided to buy the car and met with Jeff, the financial consultant, who was understanding and worked with me to finance the car with payments that were affordable for me. Overall, I am super pleased with the service from everyone there and especially happy with my new car!!!! Thank you all!!

They worked within my budget and went above and beyond to get me not only a car that i could afford but one that I loved. I got a call today today from DWAYNE from this loc...

I got a call today today from DWAYNE from this location. He was very rude and I had never spoken with him ever. Not sure how he got my info but he was deceiving, aggressive and claimed he was the manager.

He must be a sales representative who doesn t get any sales and I could tell by his approach.

I recorded the conversation and reported Bay Ridge Jeep the The Federal Communications Commission. I am on the national do not call list and I don t appreciate getting calls from aggressive, pompous, fibbing representatives who can t sell to save their lives so they have to be misleading.

Don t EVER CALL ME AGAIN BUDDY!

I m very satisfied with my new 2018 Dodge Charger hellcat. Walking in was very refreshing, the food is fresh and the salesman are very professional and helpful, they let you take your time when looking at a car you want to purchase, they know their stuff! Hey let me tell you if you ever need a vehicle ask for Jessica! The time i spent there was very much enjoyed. Now I get to spend more time in my hellcat, thanks for everything.

So I went and purchase a car from this dealership ...

So I went and purchase a car from this dealership about a month into the sale I have the dealership loan officer Anthony harassing me to return the vechile because the loan could not be funded, he claimed that me or my wife had a phone interview and failed I told him we never got a phone call. So upon doing my research I decided to call the bank directly and the reason my loan couldn t get approved was because someone lied about my income put 4 times what I make so how did I sign all the paperwork if it wasn t approved bunch of liars and dishonest dealership need better staff.

Had a recall. He didn't want to do it. And charged me $100 to look and the Jeep. Said I needed over $2000 worth of repair on my suspension which wasn't true (3 mechanics confirmed this). I got the recall done by my own mechanic and Jeep Headquarters reimbursed me for this guys stolen $100 and the work done by my mechanic. They're liars and they don't mind because if you can make $100 off 20 people that go in that garage everyday your doing o.k and if one idiot bites for an outrageous $2000 then even better.

My car needed an oil change and also there was a rattling sound coming from underneath the car. I was able to get an appointment the same day, my car was there for 2 days, the lady who took all my information kept me updated the entire time, they also recommended that I have my tires aligned. The personnel was very nice and helpful, overall I had a great experience and I will come back there for any other repairs that I might need in the future.

The service in the beginning was good. Moe was awesome, only problem is my Bluetooth was not working on my vehicle when I bought it. Bought it to their attention. I was promise it will get fixed, here it two months later and nothing. I call leave messages for Angel who is the manager, and no answer, so unfortunately I had to filed papers to take them to court. Since i feel I m being ignored,I ve been extremely patient.

Bought a car here for my wife, we managed to get an incredible deal on a car that was virtually new but was technically used since someone returned it.

Our sales person Hector was a complete champ from the very start; he was patient and very responsive to what we were looking for, not trying to push a car on us.
When it came time to buy he went to bat for us and helped us get the best possible deal.

The finance process was completely painless and extremely fast.
Jeffery gave us a quick run through and some useful advice.

The next time we purchase a car it will be here again for sure.

Worst Service i have ever encountered.... Not even worth a try!!!
to start i had a 10 AM appointment and had to wait in the line till 10:40 for help... The place is SMALL & CRAMPED and very few people to help!!! Finally at 11 i was told someone will call me in the afternoon... I waited till 3:30 PM for a call... i then called and was transferred to the service Adviser who wrote my ticket but he did not answer so i left him a message , i waited an hour for a call back to no avail... i started calling but the one who picked up my call was not helpful at all just kept on saying that the the only person that can help is David who wrote up the ticket... but off-course he didn't answer the phone nor did he return my call!! until the reached 6PM and no one picked up the phone any more!!!
To take some ones car and and simply hold it with no one to talk to is a CRIME!!

I brought a used 2012 van in mid December, I went to the dealer to lease a van, but realized I could not afford it, so the sales representative Anthony worked with me in order to buy the used van, when I seen the van, I like it and wanted it, it looked great inside and out, the first thing that I though was odd, was I didn't know what I was paying for this van until the very end, when I went to sign the paper work, I had to ask what is the total, who is the lender, I have to say they did help me, by keeping my budget, I was told I could pick up the van around 5 pm the next day, I get a call the next morning the van is ready so I go down to the dealer around 1 pm when I get there, they don't know who call me to come early, and top it off they tell me there's a recall on the van and they can't let it go unit its fixed, at this point I losses my temper and I start raising my voice, they had to bring me out side to calm me down, I told the sales person that I'm a very busy person and I traveling from the rockaways, I pick up the van the next day, when I get it home I took a good look at the van, I notices this van has been painted in numerous areas, the drivers side front fender, door, tailgate, front and back bumpers, it wasn't a bad paint job but it could of been better, the drivers door has some paint runs, and the body fill work is cracking on the front bumper, I have to say shame on me cause I was an auto body painter for 15 years and I should of notice this, then I notice the van needed tires one front tire had a cut on top outside wall and the other tire had a bubble on the outside wall, which could of cause me a blow out, I had to replace the front tires for the sum of $300 the back tires will have to wait I can't afford them, then I notice the AC is not cold and is leaking from the lines at the AC condenser and the lower lumbar switch is not working, I call up make an appointment for a Thursday to bring the car in for service and when I got there, the service manger Anthony asked me who told me to bring the van in today, I said the receptionist made the appointment, he say well you might need to leave it for the weekend, I said 4 days to replace AC lines, he said call me tomorrow morning so I did, he said I need to leave it for the weekend, I told him I couldn't I needed the van for work, I this point I'm disgusted, again this causes me problems with car pooling, I'm traveling from the rockaways, Lee Iacocca is a mentor of mind, I read all his books, and for all he has done for Chrysler I'm sure he would be as disgusted has I am, something has to be done with this dealership and it has to come from the top (the owner) if I was the owner I bring in a consultant, I know no one wants to pay for this kind of service, but in the long run it pays for itself, I was planning to pay this van off earlier than 6 years and go back and buy a new van, I'M not going back, they lost my business, they told me the van was in mint condition and it wasn't, when it was in the service department they should of never let the van leave with those tries, it could of costed my wife's and myself life and that is serious !
