We hired Batzner to take care of a mouse problem we had in our basement and an ant problem. We had their services for over a year, within that time we had no less mice, in fact we may have had more mice, and the ant problem, while it seemed to lessen after I had to call numerous times for retreatment, now 6 months after I cancelled the service the ants are back in the same place as before, which means they were never fully gone. After well over a year of monthly payments for this service we are still in the same boat as if we had never hired Batzner at all. And not to mention one time the tech was over to refill the mice bait and found a dead mouse next to the bait, so I assumed he would take care of the dead one, after he left I saw he did not remove the mouse.

I loved you guys I just went in a different direction.

Fred Spivey is very professional. He always lets us know what he s doing and why he is doing it. If we have any questions or concerns he always makes sure we are happy before he leaves.

Thus far, my experience with Batzner has been great. I found mice in my rented condo. My landlord (nor condo association) decided not to assist even though mice were entering unit from outside, through walls and into my kitchen.

I called several times before finally making an appointment. The customer service rep (Lalon) was always patient and kind, very informative. And, Elbridge Jones has been the technician dispatched to my home.

The first time, he came to survey where mice were entering and lay traps. He closed the outside hole and placed bait throughout condo. He later sent photos of where mice droppings were.

His second trip (one week later), he sealed off holes in my actual unit (after it was determined my landlords nor association would not pay). He also checked baits and looked for other gaps where mice could possibly enter.

I have phobia and he was kind, helpful and super informative as he worked.

Mice activity has decreased. Hoping to have it eliminated soon.

Always professional and on time. It gives me peace of mind knowing that they are working hard to keep my basement free from field mice and spiders

I like being in the loop as to what has been done, as well as potential problems before they become larger, and Fred does a good job of addressing that. Even with all the wild life in the area, Batzner helps us keep the wild life outside where it belongs.

I can t say enough positive things about them. I had just bought a new house and found out I had a mouse problem. I was bought traps and was killing 7 mice a night for over a week. I was about to call my realtor and just give up, and he said call Batzner. They were able to come out the next day, plugged holes, walked the house with me, gave solid advice and sprayed and set traps. It s been 2 weeks of being mouse free. Pricing is very affordable, great service, highly recommend.

I have total faith in Batzner. They've helped control the stinging insects and crawling insects on a high level for this OVER 150 year old little house. Brian was the first person to come out...and we've had good people in-between. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. I've been with them for over 7 years.

Professional persons who do what they say they are going to do and follow up well. Highly recommend for wasps.

I have to give a great rating because all of our concerns have been addressed and rectified. No more sight of or sign of Carpenter ants or bees. No ants at all. No mouse activity noted. Brian is our service tech and he has a very good command of pest information and very good communication skills. He is also encouraging because our pest relief matches his assessment of our situation and remedies.

Batzner has been great for us at two homes now. They are very professional and the customer service is outstanding. Every time I have had to call, they ensure someone gets out right away. Horrible experiences with Batzner. Leaving old sticky sheets all over my dryer, spending over 30 minutes in our basement - doing what exactly? And now being double billed and still waiting for them to resolve the issue. Canceled my account on Tuesday and will be sure to share my experiences. I wouldnt even give them a star if it wasnt required to write a review.

Had Batzner come out for a bug problem....I got an email from them explaining how to "prep" my apt before they got there. My "prep" took a VERY long time as I moved furniture, stripped bedding and vacuumed UNDER AND AROUND my furniture, did the baseboards, etc...they were here for LESS THAN 10 min spraying and NOT ONE PIECE OF FURNITURE WAS MOVED to spray under. They charged me $275!!!!!!!!!!! They claim that they had to be licensed to use the type of spray they were using...but let me tell you...I could have gone to the store and bought several cans of similar spray...moved my furniture to accommodate what I needed done and done a MUCH BETTER JOB than what they did....and would have saved a ton of money doing it myself!!! Also, I have more bugs now than before and more bug bites than before. I would NEVER use them again. Also, I was told I had to leave my apt for a few hours to let things saturate and that my furniture would be sprayed down. I was outside handling another situation while they "did their job". Needless to say, the look of surprise on their faces when they exited the apt bldg and they saw me outside was priceless. Also, furniture was not sprayed down as there was no smell as they claimed there would be and it was not moved............I'M SO LIVID....WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Too bad I have to even give them 1 star.........

The first man they sent out to inspect my unit was useless. He was in &:out of my unit in less that 6 minutes, did a lousy inspection and made a wrong determination.
The second technician Jessica that came to my unit was an Absolute Blessing !!!
She did a "thorough inspection" that took over 35 minutes and she went above and beyond to explain everything to me about the pests that she was there to inspect for & treat. She was so extremely knowledgeable about the pests it literally blew me away and left me feeling so much more at ease about the situation. After a further inspection of other units in the building, it was discovered the main problem is actually coming from the unit below me and was the source of the problem in my unit. Hopefully with a few more treatments my nightmare will be over. Batzner Pest Contol should be proud that they have such an amazing person in Jessica working for there company and should consider her a positive asset to there business. I would highly recommend Batzner for your peat control needs.

Another outstanding meal at Pour Richard's. Great food and great service. I always visit when I'm in Hilton Head. The place never disappoints.Too many outstanding dishes to recommend any particular one. You can't go wrong.

Great service. Came immediately. Set up convenient and effective number of initial visits. We had horrible mouse issue after being go ne for 6 months. James Lewis work extremely hard to solve this problem. He is still really carefully monitoring and trying to kill any new ones who come in. Very, very happy with his professional and knowledgable service .

Bill Knopf our service tech is very friendly, efficient & knowledgeable. He comes in, does his job quickly & is always pleasant to see on our monthly maintainence routine.

I lived in a large apartment complex where they were called in to take care of some raccoons living in the attic above upstairs neighbors above and adjacent to us. You'll understand why I feel qualified to leave this review as you continue. John from Batzner was dispatched and surveyed the area and set traps. He caught a female overnight who was so severely injured in trap, she had to be euthanized. The male, caught the next day was released, and it was stated that there were no other raccoons or nests found. Several days later, I heard the chatter of a small raccoon in vent above my bathroom. I called maintenance who came in and rescued a tiny, desperate raccoon cub. No idea if there were more that didn't make it, but I emailed and called office leaving messages in off hours in hopes that they would get someone up there to verify they had all been rescued and taken to humane society. Point is, this shouldn't have been overlooked, and the take away is you need to hire someone in this job that actually cares about the outcome- especially from that of the wild animals perspective. After all, they are just looking to serve the same basic needs we have.

We brought Batzner on board to service our hospital a year ago and I've been very satisfied with not only the quality of the service but the level of responsiveness and customer service relationship we have with their service specialist, Wendy Wolf. We utilize Batzner for ongoing monthly pest control, for both inside and outside our facility, and couldn't be happier with the level of service we receive. Wendy takes the time to explain what is happening and what she's doing, as well as how to avoid future issues we might run into. She cares about the quality of her work and that is evident in how she describes the work done and also setting expectations for her next visit. Wendy is a joy to work with! We have used Batzner for some of our residential needs and we recently hired them for mosquito control... The bugs are already a lot less prevalent and they came out the day after we called. Call them and use them to rid yourself of bugs. They do a good job !

The inspectors and technicians themselves are great, but the company can't seem to keep itself together. I live in an apartment serviced by them and for a bed bug treatment (which is a three part treatment), the first time went smoothly, but then they proceeded to not show up TWICE for a second treatment. When they finally came back they didn't do the treatment, citing that the furniture wasn't pulled away from the base boards, which they never notified us that we needed to do. I've lost three days of income over needing to find a place to go with my dog, and I'm livid. If you actually have pests and want them out in a timely manner, don't go through them.

Great service and very timely response. I had called a national firm and it was a nightmare. Batzner has their act together and takes customers seriously. They came out to the house and assessed the situation and said I could take care of this myself and save a lot of money. I did just as they stated and now have eliminated the issue. DO give them a call for service and great suggestions. I would not hesitate to go back there, The office was also more than helpful and accommodating.

Great company, professional technicians, have had them over 5 years now and my pest activity has decreased tremendously inside and outside my home. Have had other local pest companies that nowhere comes as close to Batzner. Lastly if a problem arises like my kids being allergic to bees they come out ASAP to treat those areas. Only suggestion would be get an app to keep track of appointments or to make a service call. Thank you for the great work!

Set some traps in January. Left them there, no checking in on them. Told me they can t be here for every little noise when one went off. A nice woman checked on them but that was in January. No word since. I m very dissatisfied and regret wasting my $$.

Wendy was an excellent tech and would get 5 stars! She was thorough, explained things, and took care to use foot coverings. Stars removed due to Batzner not letting me know anyone was coming in advanced. Wendy did call on the way but so communication could be improved.

We had had service for a little over a year and our technician, Bill Knopf, has been extremely helpful. He always calls the week of service to set up an appointment that is convenient for us and then calls about a half hour before arriving. He has always been very professional. We will continue to use Batzner and hope that Bill will continue to service our area.

Their employees are liars and thieves, dishonest, and untrustworthy to allow in your house! I Can't believe this company hires such people! Have gotten lied to and my personal belongings have been stolen by these "employees"! Tried to report these individuals to their superiors but they did nothing. Anyways after everything I'm out $1300 DOLLARS!! IS THAAT NUTS OR WHAT?!

A coworker referred me to Batzner when I mentioned bees/hornets flying in/out of a front window frame. They were able to come out same-day. Technician Jim Thurler was responsive with updates and very informative, explaining what the "bees" were (ground hornets) and recommendations on how to prevent future activity for other pests.
Noticed a few days later the first treatment wasn't 100% effective and they came back out right away to re-treat, free of charge.

My tech that comes out is wonderful and polite. He gives prompt and professional service. CANNOT say the same for the customer service from the call center. I called to schedule a service and the woman I spoke with kept interrupting me when I was explaining the issue and spoke to me an a condescending tone the entire phone conversation. Very rude and frustrating.

There s no pressure into a contract; They are professional, reliable, and fast.

This is my first time rating anything but I am ticked. Batzner came out for a beetle infestation which they did clear up. I signed up for an annual service with them to keep mice out. Since then we have had two. The latest is active in the home and they won't come for five days as their technicians are all busy. Not soon enough. Contract cancelled!

This is the second time we have had Jim T. treat our home for rodent control along with spider and box elder elimination. Jim is very professional and exhibits great knowledge of his profession based on our questions and the results we have seen with the elimination and or the high level of reduction of these unwanted pests.
