I really appreciate how thorough Brian is when he is here...
He is outgoing, has excellent communication skills and cares about the process and outcome and is always sure to spend a few minutes discussing what he has done and what is coming in future visits and processes. We have not seen an ant since his first visit and he is vigil to ensure that we don't. Thank you for sending such an experienced professional to our home.
