Horrible experiences with Batzner. Leaving old sticky sheets all over my dryer, spending over 30 minutes in our basement - doing what exactly? And now being double billed and still waiting for them to resolve the issue. Canceled my account on Tuesday and will be sure to share my experiences. I wouldnt even give them a star if it wasnt required to write a review.
