After leaving my review below, they came and made is right. The second time around was done well and I was given a more detailed explanation of what was needed. Thank you Dave for coming out here and for even spraying the outside around my my door.

Had Batzner come out for a bug problem....I got an email from them explaining how to "prep" my apt before they got there. My "prep" took a VERY long time as I moved furniture, stripped bedding and vacuumed UNDER AND AROUND my furniture, did the baseboards, etc...they were here for LESS THAN 10 min spraying and NOT ONE PIECE OF FURNITURE WAS MOVED to spray under. They charged me $275!!!!!!!!!!! They claim that they had to be licensed to use the type of spray they were using...but let me tell you...I could have gone to the store and bought several cans of similar spray...moved my furniture to accommodate what I needed done and done a MUCH BETTER JOB than what they did....and would have saved a ton of money doing it myself!!! Also, I have more bugs now than before and more bug bites than before. I would NEVER use them again. Also, I was told I had to leave my apt for a few hours to let things saturate and that my furniture would be sprayed down. I was outside handling another situation while they "did their job". Needless to say, the look of surprise on their faces when they exited the apt bldg and they saw me outside was priceless. Also, furniture was not sprayed down as there was no smell as they claimed there would be and it was not moved............I'M SO LIVID....WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Too bad I have to even give them 1 star.........
