Thus far, my experience with Batzner has been great. I found mice in my rented condo. My landlord (nor condo association) decided not to assist even though mice were entering unit from outside, through walls and into my kitchen.

I called several times before finally making an appointment. The customer service rep (Lalon) was always patient and kind, very informative. And, Elbridge Jones has been the technician dispatched to my home.

The first time, he came to survey where mice were entering and lay traps. He closed the outside hole and placed bait throughout condo. He later sent photos of where mice droppings were.

His second trip (one week later), he sealed off holes in my actual unit (after it was determined my landlords nor association would not pay). He also checked baits and looked for other gaps where mice could possibly enter.

I have phobia and he was kind, helpful and super informative as he worked.

Mice activity has decreased. Hoping to have it eliminated soon.
