Just collecting applications fees. I had nothing wrong. Excellent credit, sufficient earnings, zero negative records. Scammers keeps scamming innocent pops even during this pandamic

Gianna Burns and Ben Johnson never returned back my husband's and mine phone calls and emails.
They made us to fill up an application to rent a house even before showing the house to us ... never ever see that before. Usually the agents show the house first then an application is sent if you like the house. By the way WE NEVER SAW THE HOUSE ! they never showed us ...and we paid 35.00 per application! Asked our money back and off course never heard back from them.
Too bad for them... they lost a great potential clients.
Seems like they don't want to work ... really lazy staff.

I would have loved to give these guys a good rating since at the start I did have a good experience, however as the application process went on that s when it all went down hill. They knew my situation was very time sensitive, yet they would take a whole day sometimes two days to get back to me regarding questions about the property. Then after the approval status was complete, they told me I wasn t approved, not because my qualifications weren t good enough but because the other tenant has had issues with my breed of dog in the past . They basically gave the other tenant the say so over my approval/livelihood. And then after asking to speak to the other tenant to resolve the situation they basically just kept beating around the bush and never gave me a clear answer. One piece of advise to this company be transparent with your clients transparency goes a long way and would make this company seem more professional.

I can't believe some of the negative comments here. My experience was wonderful. Everytime I go into the main office, everyone is so nice and helpful. I bought a house a few years ago and had great service. No problems at with SPRE. I had some personal issues and they even helped me through that! These are truly good people. 5 stars all the way!
As far as the property management part of SPRE, They have managed my properties for over 3 years and have been terrific! I used to manage them myself but I'm so glad I found SPRE property management. It's taken all the stress and worry off my plate. I've gotten tenants within less then a week of being listed! Gianna is very hands on, transparent and extremely helpful, she returns my calls right away and takes the extra time to help out in any situation. I can't say enough good things about her and her team. Honest, reliable and friendly is just a start.

There is people only at reception but on the offices always empty, very bad customer service. If I call to someone for sure leave a message.

Security Pacific Real Estate is a great company full of very talented and dedicated workers. One of the best is Debra Robinson, who was our real estate agent. I truly valued Debra's honesty, knowledge, integrity and enthusiasm which helped make the process of selling and buying real estate seamless. Not only does she really know the business in and out, she helped us stage and sell our condominium in oakland and she was able get us the home of our dreams in el cerrito bay hills within less than 4 months time! Ask for Debra, she will come through for you.

I had a terrible experience with Kyle DeGennaro. Although I don't think that's his actual last name. We met at an open house. He followed me around asking a lot of questions. I politely asked him to let me have a look around and I'd speak with him when I was finished. I said he was welcome to walk around with me but I'd prefer not to converse until the end. He smelled of alcohol and definitely seemed altered. He insisted on continuing to talk to me. This is when he was explaining about his last name. He seemed hyper and creepy. I was really put off by his demeanor and behavior. I wouldn't want him to represent me to purchase a cup of coffee let alone a house!
