We brought Batzner on board to service our hospital a year ago and I've been very satisfied with not only the quality of the service but the level of responsiveness and customer service relationship we have with their service specialist, Wendy Wolf. We utilize Batzner for ongoing monthly pest control, for both inside and outside our facility, and couldn't be happier with the level of service we receive. Wendy takes the time to explain what is happening and what she's doing, as well as how to avoid future issues we might run into. She cares about the quality of her work and that is evident in how she describes the work done and also setting expectations for her next visit. Wendy is a joy to work with!
