We hired Batzner to take care of a mouse problem we had in our basement and an ant problem. We had their services for over a year, within that time we had no less mice, in fact we may have had more mice, and the ant problem, while it seemed to lessen after I had to call numerous times for retreatment, now 6 months after I cancelled the service the ants are back in the same place as before, which means they were never fully gone. After well over a year of monthly payments for this service we are still in the same boat as if we had never hired Batzner at all. And not to mention one time the tech was over to refill the mice bait and found a dead mouse next to the bait, so I assumed he would take care of the dead one, after he left I saw he did not remove the mouse.
