Too bad the delivery does not really work at BayJoe. Delivery could have been sent immediately as it is in stock. It is annoying that it should take over a month because of the supposed shipping company. We were also never contacted to get a delivery date, although it says so on the website. I now have to consider whether I shouldn't shop elsewhere, because I don't want to wait a month or even longer for a security gate.

I usually never evaluate companies, but now I'm so disappointed again with babyjoe that is it.
The prices and delivery times are great at babyjoe. It all works fine.
But now comes the big BUT. If you have a problem with an ordered product, you will be handled very harshly and absolutely unfriendly to the customer. The customer service is apparently pretty poorly trained and I wonder how a company can survive like this?!?
I was supposed to get the spare part myself and unfortunately the man on the phone didn't offer me a solution and was very rude. This has happened to me the second time, so 1 star is unfortunately very justified.
* Addendum: I am now being harassed by babyjoe over the phone, asking me to adjust my rating. But this without any concession or insight from them. A pity....

In the shop in Wil we were served very competently and friendly. Despite the large crowd, the saleswoman was not disturbed. In addition to the purchases in the store, other items had to be ordered. Very fast delivery to our place of residence. Very satisfied from A-Z. Price performance top!

A huge mess in payment !!

After confirming by phone that everything was paid, a cheeky debt collection agency (Ideal Payment AG) was commissioned to request an amount just over 100.-. Including damage caused by delay, default interest and reminder fees, we should pay over 200.-.

So how do you deal with families who support you with orders during the Corono period?

Not with us and never guaranteed again !!

We have, for years, been ordering items such as - Sangenic Windeleimer Refills, Pampers wipes and NUK spray amongst other things for years with this company. Prices are reasonable and customers service and deliveiries excellent. Thank you

buy nothing there! be warned, as soon as something goes wrong the employees lie and are completely useless. In our case our 1'200 CHF worth buggy was broken and we've been waiting for the solution for 6 weeks now. They told me on the phone that it will take max 48hrs hours to have a solution, I really expected more from a swiss company, but maybe it's not Swiss, who knows what clowns run this organisation.

The team there are lying, arrogant and powerless. Save yourself hassle and buy somewhere else and don't take any risk.

Also there are a lot of fake reviews here, babyjoe is a big scam. AVOID at all cost.

Its been 2 weeks since I made an order of items that were in stock. So far only 1 item has arrived-after chasing repeatedly. I've lost hope with this company. How I wish I'd seen these terrible reviews beforehand, I would have stayed clear! Really unfair what you are putting parents, especially first time parents through. Many of the items people order they need quickly for their newborn. You are depriving children of essential items due to your incompetence and disrespect.

I urge anyone even thinking about ordering from this company, DONT. So much unnecessary aggravation has been caused because I wasted my time and money on this place.

Very fast delivery and shipping of the goods! The range is very wide and you will find a lot of choice for all topics! The customer service by phone is very helpful and easy to reach or you will be called back if you leave a message. A star deduction as a coupon with delayed delivery and long waiting for a baby dresser very big problems resulted in the redemption. I had to make a lot of phone calls on my part and every lady on the phone had to tell the same story again!

The worst online experience ever. Misleading and incompetent. Please avoid. I ordered a baby gate and some toys. The items showed in stock and one showed delivery in one week . After several weeks when I emailed where is my order they told me it would be ready by the end of May!!! (I ordered on 4.04). They then said I should pick other toys from the store at the same price, which I did (that took several E-Mails). When the package arrived it was missing two things! After emailing the shop again they said it was human error and asked if I want it... that took further two days. They sent another package - a safety gate for the stairs - with parts missing!!! It has been over a month and I still have an incomplete order...
It is the most INCOMPETENT children s store I have ever dealt with it. Items that were in stock were sent to me almost a month later and still incomplete. Do not order from this shop if you want your full order and on time (or sooner than one month!)

After several useless discussions for more than one month, the client service is finally able to send me the products ordered.
I'm a disappointed it took so long to get a proper reaction from them, but it seems to be finally on its way (finally got only 3 out of 7 products ordered with a discount, although initially only one item was not available at order time).
It's a shame because the product range of this site is really interesting and the prices are competitive.
Another interesting fact is their motivation was more to have me improve the mark given on Google than making me happy with my order...

Were 2x in the shop to buy something, a trip trap and a tent. Both had shortcomings. But in the store you did not want to know about it the next day. They said we would have to take care of it ourselves, by email directly to the manufacturer. We find this an absolute impudence and we will never shop again in this store. The staff is very rude. All in all, I would not even give this company a star and never ever again.
