July 21, 2017: ordered a Kettcar. There was a delivery time of 2 weeks on the Internet.
July 31, 2017: after no delivery date was mentioned on the order confirmation, asked. Answer: Due to delivery problems at Kettler, the delivery will be at the end of August.
Aug 4, 2017: Announced that I will be on vacation at the end of Aug.
Aug 5, 2017: Kettler has delivery on August 28. approved. The delivery to us was confirmed on September 4th.
September 6, 2017: After the delivery did not arrive, we asked by email: no answer. Then tel. asked and received as an answer that the article is only available at the end of October. Order cancelled.
September 8, 2017: Same item ordered from baby-markt.ch. Is it even cheaper there than at BabyJoe.
Sept. 13, 2017: The kettcar that our grandson had to wait a long time for was delivered. Thank you baby-markt.ch.
Sept. 18, 2017: A BabyJoe employee contacted me by phone and apologized. He also offered me a credit, which I don't want because I don't order anything here. Because of the apology, I improve the rating to two stars.
