Our experience with Prescott Spas in Prescott Valley has been outstanding!. We love our Vanguard spa and have received excellent customer service from the knowledgable staff there. Helen, Steve and Eric are always available to help by phone, at the store or they will send out a technician when needed. They have easily walked me through some "operator errors" as well as maintenance issues. Friendly, professional but most importantly, experienced. They really know their products and have given me spot on advice every time. They also know their customers. This is good old fashioned home town service. Ever find a auto mechanic that came out and told you when you DIDN'T need something and saved you a ton of money? You stuck with them after that. Well this is the same kind of experience as well. I trust them completely and would definitely recommend purchasing a spa from them.
