If you own a hot springs hot tub then these are the guys to handle your chems, accessories and parts. I've just completed a swap out on my heater, heater relay board, thermistors, pressure switch, ozanator, and filters. My 2007 Envoy (KK) is back up to snuff in ALL respects. I now expect another 5-7 years out of it before another major overhaul.
