We bought our Jacuzzi spa February, 2015. The group from Arizona Hot Tub Company went out of their way to deliver and install our unit in Lake Havasu City. I recently had the waterfall feature stop working. I phoned and spoke with Josh and was told that the repair may be covered under the warranty. Helena phoned me to let me know that, after researching it, the warranty on the waterfall had just expired but she would see what she could work out. Helena phoned again and told me that, although the warranty had expired, she would order the part, send it to me when it arrived at their store and not charge me. I spoke to Josh a few days later and he said the part had arrived and would be sent to me along with a pvc wrench they created in their shop so I could tighten the large nut. He also made a video to help with the install. This company has shown me that they truly believe in customer service. I am extremely appreciative for their going above and beyond in providing what is surely one the finest examples of customer service and making one feel as though they are a part of the Arizona Hot Tub Company family. If we ever have to replace our spa, which is doubtful,we will most certainly return to them.
