My husband and I purchased our very first FreeFlow Aptos Spa on October 01, 2015 and it was installed the very next day. Our salesperson, Erik Hart, was not only very professional but was very knowledgeable which helped us tremendously with our choice. We were very pleased with his willingness to answer our (many) questions and with the great customer service we received. Erik is definitely a great asset to Prescott Spas.

Our installers, Anthony and Jay, were timely with their arrival and installation. Their explanation and demonstration of the maintenance put our minds at ease since this was our first time owning a spa/hot tub. Our special thanks to Anthony for mentioning the product "303 Aerospace Protectant" for maintaining our spa cover.

We have been very pleased with the great customer service we received from all the employees that we came in contact with at Prescott Spas and would highly recommend this company and their product.
