We spent a total of 5 nights at the Gran Hotel Son Net. This mansion-style hotel is set high on a hill above Puigpunyent, with fabulous views of the Tramuntana Mountains. The service was excellent in every way and very accommodating. When we had an electric car on the first day as a rental car, even this was driven by the staff in front of the hotel for free and plugged into the store. If you spend your holidays in this hotel, you should also have dinner at least once in the hotel's restaurant Oleum.

A hotel of the absolute top class. Very courteous and friendly staff. Very quiet, to recuperate highly recommended. Room and service perfect. Also highly recommended for families with children

An incredibly beautiful location in the mountainous hinterland. 20 minutes to Palma, 30 minutes to Port Andratx. Large luxurious rooms with very comfortable beds. Excellent service with a very good spanish breakfast. International upscale audience.

I will not be back, the service is not good, it is slow, the waiters are as much correct but they are not at all friendly. The dinner nothing great, in a few words there is no direct relationship between quality and price that I find abusive for what they serve and how they do it.
I'm sorry to have to give this opinion when I book that dinner with great enthusiasm.

We had been to this hotel in the summer for a lunch on the terrace and were struck by its beauty if not the mediocre meal and service at the terrace venue. However, we stayed there recently for one night, 20th December. The hotel was virtually empty and it was absolutely beautiful at this time of year. No problems with the service, even though they were quiet, but again, the food was mediocre. I can't help but think the owners are letting themselves down with food which is not up to the standard of the hotel.

Magnificent Hotel, great location and perfect in size. When it comes to the kitchen you can tell its great but the menu is quite limited and availability of the courses is soon gone, so if you book any time later than tje classic central european meal time you might be left with few choice...

Very nice house and you would not Gran Hotel and 5 stars on the outside, all good. But five stars away and a lot further from a Gran hotel. Suitcase service, reasonable welcome (sorry a busy lobby would be OK) is missing. The breakfast is quite mau (very friendly formulated) and the rooms should be described reasonably.

We had an amazing time at Gran Hotel Son Net! The views are incredible, the property is even better in person (the photos do not do it justice), the food is amazing and the staff extremely friendly. I cannot say enough about this beautiful hotel. We loved it so much we extended our stay and are already talking about when we can go back. Everyone needs to experience this special place.

Really outdated, non heated pools, Wifi not really working smoothly, breakfast buffet is empty by 8:30 am... It really needs a complete fresh up, rooms, exterior, management

The Gran Hotel Son Net is truly a great hotel not only for its facilities but above all for its human team. The hotel is part of the Small Luxury Hotels and it is worth spending a few days. Everything very careful and perfect.

It is a rural hotel with a lot of character and beautiful, the area is a visual spectacle

This is a lovely hotel about 25 min from Palma but set in a beautiful mountain area. The hotel is at the top of a hill and you can see it driving into town. It is a very old castle that has been remodeled and updated. The decor is very luxe and each room has a different vibe, but maintains the general feel of the resort. The pool is huge and a highlight of the property. I am giving five stars because we had a very good time here and the staff were very polite and helpful.

However, I do have a few comments. We called and got the last room available. It wasn t in the main building but next to the gym and we had a terrace with jacuzzi. But due to its location on the ground floor and with only one window and a door (there were mosquitos so we couldn t really leave the door or window open too long), the room felt damp. And it was damp Bc we hung our swimming trunks in the bathroom (with no window) and it smelled musty afterwards due to no air circulation. We asked to switch rooms our third night and were given a room in the main building, which had more sunlight and two large windows. If you stay, I recommend staying in the main building.

The food at the hotel is very good and at night it is a high end menu. But, the service is very slow. I know some people enjoy a very long meal, but I think we waited over an hour to finally receive our main dish (we had a starter to begin). Sometimes you just want to have a slightly faster dining experience to just relax in your room after. I guess we should ve ordered room service that night instead.

We had our wedding here and could not have been more impressed. The location is impressive, the staff go above and beyond, the rooms are amazing and the food..
It's to die for! We will be back again for sure!

We have come to eat at Puigpunyent, and the drink on the terrace of the hotel is the way to end a perfect Sunday. How beautiful and what environment. Spectacular

My Wife and I have been coming to this lovely Hotel for the last 8 years and we find everything about the Hotel wonderful. Sometimes though rather than eat in the Oleum Restaurant we like to eat in El Gazebo but find the Menu has become more limited over the years.. Also we enjoy the Barbecue Evening in the Pool Restaurant which is a lovely location. Also this has good selection of food during the day but closes early, why not open this serving Fresh Fish, Salads etc in the evening?

Very nice hotel the building is from 1620 the atmosphere is still there from this period.

On a negative note, the Christmas dinner was disappointing and expensive for the experience.

We went to the Oleum last week to eat and it just went well! A discreet, professional service, an excellent quality of food and of course the beautiful ambience. On our next Mallorcan visit we will be back!

We were able to celebrate our absolute dream wedding in this beautiful hotel! I do not even know where to start: the staff was absolutely gracious, charming and helpful! The rooms were beautiful, clean and each one unique and special! The garden and the pool area were extremely well maintained and with a breathtaking view! We especially enjoyed the food and the great G & T at the bar! Our wedding was an absolute highlight, especially thanks to Mrs. Cetin who planned it down to the smallest detail, was always present and available and when I had a small disaster with an external service provider, has done great crisis management. I could not ask for a nicer, more exclusive and more personal wedding than the Gran Hotel Son Net, especially in terms of the warmth and gastronomic excellence rarely found at weddings, and I wholeheartedly thank the whole team for giving them my best Man and I have made this unforgettable day possible! If I could marry there again, I would :)! I look forward to many more beautiful holidays at the Gran Hotel Son Net!

For me the Son Net is a little paradise. It s so beautiful, relaxing, pleasant .. ,,
I feel like at home.
If I only had a few days left, I think I would want to spend them at this hotel.
I hope to come every year or more.

The hotel is fine. If you stay for several days, the menu is too small and you eat the same on the third evening at the latest. Overall room much too dark.

Particularly annoying: Although I have already unsubscribed at least 3 times, I still receive the newsletter.

Gran Hotel Son Net was a magical experience! The entire staff is warm and welcoming. As soon as we arrived we were served welcome drinks and given a tour of the grounds. The hotel decor and views are impeccable. The hotel has it all, from impecable rooms with hot tubs and a chic pool with beautiful cabanas. It overlooks a beautiful vinyard. Their produce, wine and olive oil is grown on premisis. You can even make friends with the local miniature horses, donkeys, and other feathered friends. I have stayed at many luxury hotels but Gran Hotel Son Net superseeds any that I have ever been to. Special thanks to Patricia for making our stay so memorable!

Grandiose property, great location and a very nice room with terrace and jacuzzi!

Today I drove to the hotel out of curiosity because a friend was celebrating his birthday there.
I was greeted in a professional and friendly manner. Just like you know from a house in this category. I immediately went to the bar, where I was very friendly and very cordial, almost like a good regular, from the barman "Diego" was served. It really couldn't be more heartfelt !!!
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you very much for the friendly service and I will soon enjoy my holiday in this house.

An exceptionally beautiful hotel, finca from the 17th century, with friendly and courteous staff. Quietly located in the mountains of Tramuntana with extensive hotel parks. An "island" to relax and feel good.

Enjoyed our April stay here. The evening meals are sublime. The staff very professional.

Particularly liked the private areas you could reserve by the pool and lower terrace.

Also just 30 rooms so never too busy.

The views from the hill top location are incredible.

To be perfect they need to:

1. heat the pool.
2. Serve consistently good coffee - it was good and bad depending on time of day.
3. Improve the lunch food.

The hotel Son Net has very good views and location, very beautiful mountainous area of the island of Mallorca.

The hotel is located in a hilly area just 30 minutes drive from Palma Airport. Impressive finca, beautifully and very stylishly renovated. Great ambience, good service and fine restaurant. For the offered absolutely fair price.

Had the best stay here for our honeymoon. The best hotel we have ever stayed. Exceptional service, exquisite rooms and views to die for.

Really welcoming procedure to the hotel, stunning driveway up to hotel, beautiful views of the surrounding vineyards and mountains, the hotel has it's own farm including braying donkey, crowing cocks and rabbits running around the lawns. The welcome drink upon arrival is a nice touch but the waiter in the resto seemed to be stressed out as he was apparently short staffed which meant we could not eat out in the lovely afternoon sunshine and instead had to sit inside in the colder room.
