We have had nothing but good experiences with this company. This is our second spa that we have purchased from Prescott Spas. We bought our first spa from them seven years ago. It was an older spa that was refurbished by them. It worked perfectly and we never had any problems which is why we went back to them to purchase our new spa. Their service personnel and their installers are quick, efficient, clean, and extremely courteous. We were called in the morning and told when to expect them and they were right on time. They were in and out with removing our old spa and installing the new spa in under four hours.
Helena and Steve, the owners of Prescott Spas, are really great people to work with. They are really easy and fun to work with and there is no pressure to buy. We have already recommended them and will do so again.
